    These exercises work, I am having to use them again because of a recurring imbalance issue. but each time i do these exercises for lets say a month, the effects can last nearly a year. It's worth it. If you find yourself getting too dizzy on the harder exercises, stop, wait and repeat the easier exercises.

    Why does my neck always crack the same way when I turn my head to the right? It feels like the crack is behind my ear and between my head and neck. I noticed this since early 2019, the same time I started to experience daily dizziness and upper neck stretchy type of discomfort.
    I'm getting an MRI on the IAC of my head/brain next week, so hopefully I get answers soon. Ugh, daily dizziness is terrible. I hope anyone who is experiencing this gets better! :(

    • @Mike09legacy
      @Mike09legacy 4 ปีที่แล้ว +9

      @@ivanvega2821 IAC and Brain has shown nothing. Every doctor has ignored my specific crack symptom and focused on the migraines. "Could be" vestibular migraines due to my wrestling incident exacerbating my chronic, since childhood, migraines. Going back on the lowest dose of Effexor every morning has reduced my migraines by 85%. Newest doctor said that the ongoing sensations in my neck seem to feel like spasms. Newest doctor suggested Botox as it may reduce migraines along with reducing the spasms all around my neck. New MRI on neck shows a small hernia that they said was okay, but also a small syrinx which is like a long thin tumor in the spinal canal. They said it was mostly nothing because it's only 2mm and there was no Chari Malformation. Thoracic portion of my spine was checked just incase the growth was spreading, it is not spreading but I have another hernia that is causing mild cord compression, the hernia itself wasn't indicated to be small or severe. I also have two bulging discs. My next visit to the doctor will be to access the thoracic spine results, potentially have Botox, and I dunno. The dizziness has substantially decreased as well, but there were moments where I feel like I'm about to get dizzy, but am able to counter it by trying to shake my head lightly and FOCUS. I know, sounds wierd, but it's the best way I can describe it atm. The specific cracking is always there, always. I'm at a point where I just try to avoid turning my neck to the right, and that's problematic. I'll readress that soecific symptom again and update you guys.

      Draining your ears takes some time..
      I take Zyrtec daily, I use a nasal spray twice a week, I use a heating pad on my ear and neck area daily... find a chiropractor tell them your dealing with vertigo, get the treatment.. go get your life back. I had it for 27 days before going outside and driving. You will need physical therapy mentally, just so you can get back to life, like forgetting about the Vertigo. If I’m not careful I will get light headed 🥴.. take it easy and rest when you’re body tells you to rest.

    15 years ago I started to have vertigo real bad. I saw an ENT specialist, a neurologist and went to the balance clinic. I was told it was my inner ear and crystals. They gave me exercises to do and because I had a constant sense of motion like a moving sidewalk they taught me to orient myself by following straight lines wherever I can find them. Each bout of vertigo lasted months even with the exercises. The motion lasted 15 years. I finally saw a chiropractor a year ago. He uses an device called an integrator that uses percussion and torque to make small corrections in the spine. I did not want a traditional chiropractor due to fear of soft tissue damage or making my vertigo worse. Long story short my vertigo And my sense of motion have disappeared. The pain I endured all those years has gone and I have new hope. I saw many medical doctors with each bout of vertigo which increased dramatically over the last 5 years. Each doctor told me the same thing, it's your ear do these exercises. My ears are fine. Maybe it is not your ear but your atlas the very top bone of your spine. See a chiropractor maybe they can help you.

      @@elchino356 I feel for you, the 15 years I spent dealing with the motion and vertigo attacks not to mention the constant body pain which may be caused by the "constant strain to maintain". Should you want to try this type of chiropractic treatment make sure your practitioner has had and completed the proper training. Mine uses the integrator probably no more than twice during each session and very targeted. I definitely feel the effect next day as I would with traditional manual manipulations. Honestly, I initially thought it was a sham but can't deny the enormous improvement I feel. The treatment I receive is a year long initially 3 times a week then 2 then one. My vertigo was mostly gone around the 4th month and the motion about a month or so after with a few episodes of an off bubble feel which was corrected within 2 treatments. I have just about completed my year and feel great. My old doctors were not really helpful or hopeful to me other than instructions on how not to walk off into traffic or into the side of buildings or into other people and they felt 100 percent sure of their diagnosis. They were wrong.

      Rueben A Hey Rueben.. I'm 27. And I've had a vertigo attack recently and was treated with medicines but the spinning keeps coming back every now and then though not as intense as the attack but just the same as the initial symptoms. Yes, don't back down and get to the root of it, I'm hoping to get a mri for brain soon too but am shit scared. I pray you get well soon and hope vertigo runs off and away from you. All the best.

    I have dizziness problem since nov 2021, did all test but end result is vertigo. Took allopathy tablets but did not help. Did one thorough vertigo and identified the root cause ie crystal in ears got dislocated and it was confirmed relocated after physio exercise and followed by a test. However dizziness resides till today but it is getting slowly reduced. Vertigo expert asked to perform certain vestibular exercises which I am doing even when I have manageable dizziness. I too have tinnitus issue in left ear. I am currently taking homeo medicine for each symptom of dizziness like imbalance during walking on uneven surfaces, turning your head either way, tinnitus. Now i feel lot of improvement from vestibular exercises and in parallel homeo medicines. Keep doing exercises and be active and dont opt bed all the time. Brain shud get opted after taking the pain while or post exercise. Having body imbalance, dizziness and tingling certain times however it is getting reduced. Dont do over exercise but dont stop. Slowly start and give some time for body recovery and then restart exercises like test cricket match. Most importantly identify the daily habit which causes dizziness. For sure it is curable and must have positive mind and patience

Also got triggered if I am walking on wide open areas like the mall or big stores. Some of this excessive are part of my therapy. My therapies only use excersice like this but I hear some hospital use a more sofisticate approach, like computer base like visual reality. I do not get dizzy on any of this excersice basically when driving and sometimes if I am walking. I minimize my driving to only short distance away from highways. We will see how this goes.

      I have the exact same thing. I saw an ENT specialist (orl) and a vestibular physiotherapist... They saw nothing wrong with my inner ear. Yet when I had the dizziness attack, the world was literally spinning vertically (like in a washing machine) when I was laying down in a certain position so I thought it could only be that !! But apparently not. Now I always feel like I'm drunk, drugged, exhausted... and I feel my eyes trying to compensate it a lot. It's almost painful to look at screens or detailed objects :( It's been a month now, some days it gets better. It's really depressing to feel like that... I pray that we all heal permanently from this.

      @@emniaa4440 I understand you I have vestibular neuritis, they found it for me by a caloric test of the ear. I have been with this for 9 months and I have just been able to walk well without so much imbalance. I'm not healthy yet, I still feel dizzy when sitting or lying down but I do these exercises every day even though they made me dizzy. You can start with the first two slowly.

      these exercises only work if you have vestibular neuritis if you have other vertigo no. Have you tried the epley maneuver?

    Hi...I love this video! I have a question for the maker of the video: If I wore a leg lift for half a year in all my footwear due to uneven leg length and then started going without it, could I be experiencing proprioceptive problems and dizziness because of that? I never used a leg lift before, and the doctors are dumbfounded about what's causing my dizziness. I'd love to get your thoughts...I am desperate!
