Oh my goodness 🤦‍♀️ I have been suffering from persistent dizziness and vertigo for MONTHS. I went to 4 ENT's, 2 neurologists, and I got every single diagnosis in the book. BPPV, vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, even a brain tumor and Meniere's. I thought my life was pretty much over and none of the medications were working. So I ended up asking Dr. Google and figured out on my own that my back was the problem. I started doing these exercises and almost immediately saw a difference. Doctors get annoyed when patients try and self diagnose, but this is the reason why we do it. Cause doctors are useless, at least in my country. This is the second time I ended up having to self diagnose and figure out on my own how to manage my symptoms after countless doctors took my money and did nothing to help me.

For a long time, being someone who is at high risk for having a Stroke, I viewed every symptom as my impending demise. The headaches, searing stabs in my brain, giddiness and nausea were daily discomforts that scared me. Then I came across your video on TH-cam. Now, as long as I keep doing the exercises on a daily basis, I have no symptoms. With the knowledge that it's my Spine causing the problem, not an impending stroke, I have taken on a new lease on life. Thank you for giving me my life back; I can't thank you enough.

@@jerikamcfann8184 This year, I have learned another exercise that has added to the control of dizziness and nausea. Surprisingly, it is an eye exercise that was suggested to me by a Biophysicist. Without moving your head, look LEFT, look RIGHT, twenty times. Also, look UP, look DOWN, twenty times. I have found that attention to daily exercise of both neck and eyes is well worth while.

I just stumbled across this vid. I will ceromrtainly give this a try right now. I suffer from two different typed of vertigo, one is idiopathic and causes vestibular and ocular migrains which come on suddenly but usually pass within 30 mins to an hour a hour, no headache and mild symptons ( although I usually need to lie down until they pass).
I've never heard the term Cerviogenic vertigo before, but it makes sense as the second type I have , and is definitely conected to my kythoscoliosis which I've had from birth and also been a martyr to motion sickness all my life.
I had head and neck surgery 14 years ago and that's when the neck pain got worse and the vertigo set in, oh and the banging headaches that go with it.
I can't see why these exercises wouldn't bring relief tbh, the passive resistant head rotainon is exactly the same as my osteopath does.
I will report back in a few days.
*Edit, yes this worked, but it took a few days as I was well and truly locked up.

I've been suffering from dizziness since last year, and now I'm improving. Here are some things i am doing, and you should try :
    1. Stop checking on yourself, live in the moment. Try to do your daily chores.
    2. If you have positional vertigo, try playing badminton, tennis, football etc. Games tht make your consciousness stable again.
    3. Keep moving, be active. Don't just sit and think about this thing, overthinking will only make it worse.
    4. Be careful of poor posture. If you're studying or working on computers. Make sure tht you're relaxing your neck in every 20-25 minutes by stretching and also give your eyes some rest, try to look away, here and there in every 10-15 minutes.
In One Line : Keep moving, live in the moment, join a sport and reduce screentiming.

I just started this and hopefully it will help. I've been dealing with vertigo and dizziness since 2016. I've been seen by multiple ENT, neurologists and doctors who have done several different types of tests and no one can tell me why or how to stop it. These exercises were not easy for me but I will continue.
How long would I have to do these exercises? I know everyone is different but would 1 month be realistic for me to see any benefits or progress?

I get vertigo, my oldest has it. Right before our mom passed on in 2018, her doctor told my siblings n me your mom staffers with this sickness. I said wow cause I had a bad experience in my late 30's. It went away n returned back in 2007, 8, or 9. I was surprised it came back. I'm 66 as of this month December n I'm sick of that vertigo entering my head n life. I told my primary doctor how I felt and she prescribed something for me that I didn't like it was making me sleep too much but I heard you supposed to rest so your mind and head can you know get regulated but I said no that's not the answer one day my oldest sister Nancy told me she found these pills over the counter call drama man 25 mg one every 4 hours was fine for me I tried it for a week if you take it like you supposed to those vertigos will stop so far the last 2 years it just bothers me in the summertime I hope one day when I change my diet completely that I know now some of the things I heard on TH-cam will help me just rid of this one day that's what I pray for rid of it.

I had this type of vertigo to the point where I was motion sick and vomiting for months. I also had double vision the whole time!!! I was considering suicide before I went to a chiropractor after my PCP said it was my inner ear (double vision?????) and it would just go away. My chiropractor eventually fixed it but I wish I had known about these exercises!!!!
So happy for others who found this in their time of crisis!!!

Hello, after long hours in the office in front of the computer, I have a lot of problems with dizziness and headaches.
I have slight forward head posture and little round shoulders. I had a skiing accident a few years ago.
When I move the dizziness is better, when I stand in one place the dizziness gets worse.
Have someone experience the same symptoms and tried this exercises. How long does it take to get better?
