Let me clarify something - Johnny Somali is what is called a IRL streamer and obviously not all Americans are acting like him. He is a dead-end evolutionary speaking.
The first accusations already been processed and he is going to trial in a delay of 2-4 weeks depending on how fast South Korea prosecutors intend to proceed. If found guilty he can have up to 5 years and be labeled 'convicted criminal' which is important because the other charges will give him maximum jail time because of this. The other charges are for assault and drug use/possession. Korea has a zero-tolerance for drugs and in total he could cumulate up to 29 years in jail.
Also his passport he displayed in a video is an emergency passport and he can't leave with it because Korea banned him from leaving. Also he could be sentenced to hard labor in a farm according to Legal Mindset.
In short he is in deep troubles and he will find out the hard way he can't use the race card to get out of jail in Korea. If you want to know more about this guy i suggest you watch Legal Mindset videos because he is a lawyer and he is covering this case really well because he is in South Korea.

I’m just hoping to see how many years will Johnny Somali spend officially behind bars in South Korea. It’s very obvious he’s definitely looking to face 10 years in jail for illegal drugs and there’s more charges he’s looking to face as well. These charges could stack up all the way up to 29 years or more. He’s 24 years old so he’s more than likely going to spend more time in jail than his own age of existence.
