    This workout was hell for me , I’m still in the 10 minute mark and it feels like I’ve been doing this for 50 minute , every workout she has done is a killer , I’m using this for the next few weeks

    OMG, ANNA!!! i did the ENTIRE 2 MINUTE WALL SIT!!!! 😳 i’m in shock!!! my legs were on fire🔥…i looked at the timer & only had 34 seconds left…i made myself breathe deep & told myself it was almost over ~ can’t believe i made it…but YES ✨i CAN because i’ve been working hard …thank you for your continued encouragement and fabulous workouts!! 🥵💞😆🤗😘💥

    I've been doing this workout weekly to keep my winter legs in hiking shape. It's amazing! Love feeling the gains from week to week, and with the no-repeat format it doesn't get boring. The best I've found!

    i do a 15 full body stretch to loosen up my muscles, a 10 minute calf workout, and then this 30 minute leg killer. it works every single muscle in my lower body. that’s 1 hour of working.
    i do this this 2 days weekly as a routine.
    i do total upper body work 2 days a week.
    1-2 days of ab/core work. and 1-2 days of intense HIIT or cardio.
    1-2 days of rest and relax, full body stretching.
    i have seen tremendous results. at first i started trying very heavy weights, i was pushing my body way too hard and not doing right form. i started watching my form, and using the weights my body could handle. i got more results doing form the right way. very important. thank you so much for this follow along leg workout. this is by far the best most efficient one i’ve seen on youtube. very straight forward, and great to follow along to.

    Did the wall sit for the full 110 seconds! I felt amazing afterwards because it felt like I set a world record! LMAO!

    Ive been doing this workout as a leg routine 2 times a week for 2 months now and it’s the first time I’m starting to see some real progress in my muscle (I used to do bodyweight and hiit for leg day, cause I didn’t have weights at home). Im so happy!

      @@cottoncandace7704 Theres no jumping so yes! Try doing it without weights at first, it will be a challenge too because there’s very little rest. Think about pushing your knees outwards to prevent injury. Eventually your knees won’t be weak anymore. It’s all about pushing yourself and not getting caught up in thinking you have bad knees!

    i’m actually obsessed with this leg workout!!!!it is challenging and towards the last few reps of each exercise, i’m struggling to get up and that’s what we want! sometimes my muscles are completely fatigued that i literally cannot finish a rep 😂 i do this video every week for one of my leg days with increasing weights! ONE OF THE BEST LEG WORKOUTS ON TH-cam WHERE I ACTUALLY FEEL CHALLENGED AND IM NOT WASTING MY TIME!
