    Fantastic set!! I loved when the lyrics lined up with the movements!! “Under tension” during side step-outs and “lift higher” with the side leg lifts! Coincidences are awesome!!

    Today I don't wanted to do leg workout but after starting this workout, I didn't stop and enjoyed every workout..

    Not sure how I feel about my inability to walk, but the advantage of this vs a more cardio-focused workout is that I have enough breath to laugh at how much I'm struggling to move my legs.

    I was dying with those side leg lifts and when I looked up there was pain on your face and I was like “thank goodness I’m not alone!!” Loved it!

    I liked the half on workout because it did reapeat the first 10 minutes again, which was pretty boaring. I like more the no reapet ones, and your latest workouts are all pretty much circut and repeat training, which is sad cause i liked the old ones more

    Run out of time to head to the gym as worked late tonight so came home and did this. I have three bands and had to go to the easiest for the side lifts. Even with that one I couldn't do it as hurt too much so did this on the floor rather than lifting the rest of my body. Loved the warm up and cool down. The cool down had yoga vibes 🥰🥰. Thanks for this x
