For people which want to know this piece, I attached editor’s comments here. [A: 0s, B: 3min 3s, C: 4min 9s, D: 4min 26s][The chief subject A-B is bipartite and betrays a gloomy, melancholy mood. We may be permitted to represent to ourselves in fancy a wanderer, who goes his way solitary and sad, after taking leave of his beloved home and all his dear ones. The secondary subject is also bipartite. Its first part “B is March-like in character, as if the wanderer had resolved henceforth to go on more courageously. The second part “C grows steadily more passionate and excited. At C begins a fragment of the chief subject, but after a few measures it passes over into a closing part D, in which the base for a while retains its old motive, though accelerated in pace, and abandons it only when it no longer seems able to follow the right hand as it hurries ever more lightly and swiftly away. The last measures sound like; “Thank God - the goal is reached.”
I feel like this piece is for someone who got rejected from somene or something, and part A is the person walking down the street with their head down, kicking garbage and stones as they walk. Part B is the anger as they realise what could have been, sparking panic and inability to think clearly. Part C is a resolution, where in the end they realise that not all is lost and life will go on.

“Simplicity is the final achievement. After one has played a vast quantity of notes and more notes, it is simplicity that emerges as the crowning reward of art.” ― Frédéric Chopin
Great playing! I love this one! It's one of my favorites! I've been thinking about learning it. But I'm trying to learn too many pieces at the same time so I'm not really making much progress on one specific piece but overall I'm learning a lot. I'm learning a couple of classical pieces and 2 that aren't. La Campanella, Chopin waltzes op 64 no 2, Mariage D'amour, Am Anfang, Rebel Without A Cause, and I've been trying to learn the Black Star which might be over my head
Man, I wish classical music was more appreciated in the modern day. I find it such a shame that these beautiful pieces of art aren't more widely listened to like they used to.
I'm studying this piece currently and this is my favorite interpretation of it. I usually listen to a dozen different versions of something I'm studying to soak it in and get a a reference. This is very subjective when we talk about top pianists. But in this nocturne it's astonishing to me how better Kassia's performance is compared to famous concert pianists interpretations I listened to. Makes me rethink this stupid bias people have (including me) which is to be predisposed to admire big names and see their rendition of a piece as canonical.
Chopin na minha opinião foi com certeza o compositor que criou as mais belas melodias, genial. Kassia como é bom ver seus vídeo e suas abilidades, explendido.
*This seems like a good time for a drink and a cold calculated speech with sinister overtones. A speech about politics, about order, brotherhood, power. But speeches are for campaigning. Now is the time for action.*

This is what I would understand by empire, if the Empire should be re-established. Such are the conquests I dream of.*
Man, how blind have I been all this time... The opening melody for this piece has directly been taken and used on this meme song 'for the damaged coda'. I just watched a video about popular songs that have copied melodies from classical pieces, and so far I don't know how it wasn't obvious to me from the beginning.

this is so beautifull. Chopin really was a master mind. Great performance too.
Nadie iguala a Chopin en melancolía; que bien tocas Kassia.
Lovely ! I always loved you performances especially when your play slow and relaxing piece. Keep up the great work, you're awesome 💕
Hi, MrTardoss! Always thank you for your kind words.💕 I will also expect your new upload with great emotion.
“Simplicity is the final achievement. After one has played a vast quantity of notes and more notes, it is simplicity that emerges as the crowning reward of art.” ― Frédéric Chopin
This really is the perfect piece for the ending of cyberpunk, I'm really glad it brought me here, amazing performance too, thank you.
Apparently Johnny Silverhand likes this song
I knew that's what the mission name meant
On the contrary, he most likely doesn't since he wanted nothing more than to delta the f out of there asap.

Nah, Hanako Arasaka did.
piece
Omg! I didn't know this piece until now. It's really great piece! Your performance is very emotional and I enjoyed this a lot. Keep it up! :)
Hi, Sir Louco! Always thank you for your kind words!💕 It's really great piece!
4:26 I know you can’t find the words to describe that melody...
Yes omg, this part sound like nothing else, it is the reason why I think this is one of the best, if not the best, Chopin's piece.
Honestly it’s such an interesting phrase and such a different vibe and variation
Does anyone know what this poly/style of melody is called?
this is such a bizarre piece. it conveys the feeling of a strange isolating world, not just in feeling, but in the harmony itself. love it.
I half way through this song learning with my teacher right now. It’s amazing
One of my favorite nocturnes!! Thank you Kassia!
Hi, Jacob! Thank you for your long comments! Wow, you have been learning lots of pieces now. It's great! Good luck!
@@Kassiapiano thank you!
Love this! It was in fact the first Nocturne I learned, at 11 :)
Thank you so much for the upload! 🙏
Hi, uLySse_.:) Wow, you did it! Thank you for your comment!💕
Man, I wish classical music was more appreciated in the modern day. I find it such a shame that these beautiful pieces of art aren't more widely listened to like they used to.
Agreed
I'm studying this piece currently and this is my favorite interpretation of it. I usually listen to a dozen different versions of something I'm studying to soak it in and get a a reference. This is very subjective when we talk about top pianists. But in this nocturne it's astonishing to me how better Kassia's performance is compared to famous concert pianists interpretations I listened to. Makes me rethink this stupid bias people have (including me) which is to be predisposed to admire big names and see their rendition of a piece as canonical.
CHOPIN NAJPIEKNIEJSZA SPUŚCIZNA DLA LUDZKOŚCI. DZIĘKUJĘ.
This is so beautiful, I can't even describe the emotions hearing this!
Hanako can wait just a little longer
i’m learning this masterpiece and i was struggling until i saw you do it and now i can do the full piece. Thank you 🙏🏻
First Chopin Nocturne I learned years ago, lovely performance.
This is so awesome. Now I'm ready to go meet Hanako at Embers...
Chopin na minha opinião foi com certeza o compositor que criou as mais belas melodias, genial.
Kassia como é bom ver seus vídeo e suas abilidades, explendido.
This piano setup is so cool
Thank you for your comment!💕

Okay. I came here because this is CLEARLY the origin of the “Evil Morty” theme from Rick and Morty. So good. Candy for my ears.
This song will..... never fade away
Never stop fighting.
My favorite nocturne :0
Hi, Tio Zeon! Thank you always!💕
Bless my weekend
*This seems like a good time for a drink and a cold calculated speech with sinister overtones. A speech about politics, about order, brotherhood, power. But speeches are for campaigning. Now is the time for action.*
Evil Morty….
@@communistbear9883 but was he really?
@@hk1371 Yes
Could be Evil Morty, or Napoleon III, kinda reminds me of the speech he made a decade after this Chopin piece: *In conclusion, we have everywhere ruins to rebuild, false gods to strike down, truths to cause to triumph. This is what I would understand by empire, if the Empire should be re-established. Such are the conquests I dream of.*
Esto para mí tiene el mas profundo sentimiento ....es el mejor pianista que ha existido...
I heard this in AMC’s “Interview with the Vampire” and it was a perfect selection for the scene.
Man, how blind have I been all this time... The opening melody for this piece has directly been taken and used on this meme song 'for the damaged coda'. I just watched a video about popular songs that have copied melodies from classical pieces, and so far I don't know how it wasn't obvious to me from the beginning.
Sounds very nice! I love the Chopin nocturnes
Thank you for watching my performance💕
Np!
매번 아름다운 음악 감사합니다! =D
Wonderful interpretation of one of my favorite preludes! Gonna check out more of your work!
I like the first part so much. It's simple and deep, as well as fun to play.
cyberpunk... hanako mission
love this game and this nocturne
