Actually this was stuck in my head while I looked at the fall colors turning. I racked my brain for 5 minutes not having any idea what the tune was by name because obviously I'm a complete plebian. Was unmotivated to learn music in youth, had no one responsible enough to train me or interested in classical enough to pass ot on to me, too busy as an adult to pursue music more directly right now. Then I just guessed "Chopin" and "probably has numbers in the title" I searched for Chopin on TH-cam and clicked the first result, and was genuinely astonished when I found it straight away. So that day I walked home from work gazing at the fall colors to the tune of Nocturne op. 9 no. 2 feeling a little more cultured than I maybe have much right to be.
A very pleasant sojourn Kassia . Very pleasant indeed . I do believe that most players would have to concede Chopin was blessed with a gift that very few , if any , could achieve . Certainly my favourite , but not uniquely so ! Thankyou Kassia .
Dear Kassia, your melodies are virtuously played and, by the way, you have very elegant and beautiful hands. Thank you for your playing, which I enjoy each evening.
I am stunned into quiet regretful joy. Joy because I now have hope. Regretful because I never had piano lessons that would have educated my clumsy hands. Quiet because listening to Chopin makes my soul ache with some untold empathy. Watching your hands was a revelation. You make it seem effortless, but the effort has preceeded the performance. For 20 years I've been so frustrated that I can play in my head the likes of Beethoven to Liszt but when I buy the sheet music my hands cry with hurt after punching something hard because I can't play the damn thing. I've been starting on the wrong hand configuration for everything I've ever tried to play. So I've had my first piano lesson at the age of 50+. It's never too late. But I don't think I'll ever finish the Rach3 I bought after watching Shine :-)

3:30 I'm not even kidding, this part it so beautiful it gives me chills!🖐😭👌Kids these days really don't appreciate the beauty of classical music, and that's coming from an 11 year old. Thank you Kassia for playing this masterpiece for us.❤❤❤
Nocturne Op. 55 No. 1 in F Minor -- Hadn't heard this one before, very beautiful! Well played
its my favourite by far. so calm, yet so thrilling
Wow, I use long period of time to find the music that first of this video. Today is the first day that I know the name for it. Thanks so much Kssia.
perfect timing, needed something to listen to while reading
that’s great
You got a multi tasking brain :)
Thank you so much!:) Have a great day!:)💕
I do the same
Actually this was stuck in my head while I looked at the fall colors turning.
Can't say "best of" when all of them are the best 😁
A very pleasant sojourn Kassia . Very pleasant indeed . I do believe that most players would have to concede Chopin was blessed with a gift that very few , if any , could achieve . Certainly my favourite , but not uniquely so ! Thankyou Kassia .
Dear Kassia, your melodies are virtuously played and, by the way, you have very elegant and beautiful hands. Thank you for your playing, which I enjoy each evening.
Dziekujemy. Fryderyk Chopin, from Poland...Thanks...
Early gang. Good job Kassia, thank you for the relaxing music
Thank you for your words, Generic!:)💕
What flawless work!!! I'm impressed at your precision and technique, my sincere compliments to you.
From someone learning to play Moonlight Sonata for months this is crazy. I suck ass and lack commitment but you're the top 1%.
girl, you crazy I don't have half the dedication to practice these pieces.
keep playing you're the best :D
Amo Chopin! Seleções maravilhosas, sem dúvidas, e toda a arte visual ficou incrível. Parabéns pelo trabalho, muito talento e bom gosto.
