    dude they said getting on a diet was the wrong way but the second rule was to stick to a formula of a balanced diet!!!! like if you saw that too

      anything you eat is your diet. they are saying that you need to balance the kinds of food in *your* diet, but not to go on a 'diet.' Basically, change your eating habits for good, not temporarily.

      I eat once maximum. That's with my family and only if necessary. I eat little it dosen't matter how hungry I may be I am not good enough or worthy of food.

    Just putting the 5 minute Crafts thing at the end of your videos doesn't make it yours. You reuse a lot of these clips, and they're really sloppy, all drawn in different styles. A lot of them are ripped off from Bright Side anyway.

    BS on the diet crap. I'm on a low carb high fat diet and I've lost 23 pounds in 3 months. I don't crave food, I'm not hungry, and I never excersize. It's the only diet that has worked for me. Energy levels have been great, sleeping easier, and my body looks great. You just have to find the diet for you.

    Thanks for the video. In addition to watching it, my wife started taking taking an amazing tea and returned to wearing clothing she hadn't put on in years! She was about to give her old jeans away- some still new & unused. Now she's as happy as a clam. And not to mention, her first child at 46 with no medical intervention.

      Lillie Blanchard well...you are still 11 so...you dont really have to do like the video say, just dont eat fast food or anything unhealthy and have a lot of sugar, im not trying to make you worry or anything or to lock yourself away from sugar, just eat less sugar thats all :) use downstairs insted of an elvator thats help, I tried it and it helped me :D you are good for now you ca eat but just try not to fill all of your belly so your body can take less food :)
      hope I didnt put you down or anything just trying to encourege you and because im now trying to loose wight ^^ hope you luck!

    So...
    1. Eat 5-6 times a day
    Me. I can barley stomach one meal
    2. Stick to the formula
    Me. I don't like much food in fact I hate almost all food and I'm also a vegetarian
    3. Regular physical exercise
    Me. I do that anyways so that I'm good
    4. Sleep 7-8 hrs
    Me. I can almost just sleep 5 hrs no way can I sleep 7 or 8 ( I have a sleeping disorder)
    Someone pls help me

      Abby Smith You don't have to follow the tips entirely. And just because you're a vegetarian doesn't stop you, there's a lot of alternates you can use recipes that's for vegetarians.

    My ritual everyday was, 5 minutes treadmill, 50 squats, 50 jumping jacks, 50 sit-ups.

    Healthy sleep? That's possible unless there's a thunderstorm..like today, I woke up at 4 and couldn't sleep until 5, I slept until 6:30 to go to school.

      Gianna Ervin I feel u I'm 12 too and now everyone is so conscious about there weight and it's getting me a little bit conscious too i used to only have belly fat now I'm growing lovehandles and a little back fat and my face has a lot of fat I'm just really wondering of this works
