    Hi, I'm new to your channel but easing my way back to WW...can you tell me what kind of English Muffin did you find that's 3 pts? 😀 Yes, it seems the points def went up ?😱

      Auntie Millie's English muffin is 3pts. But recently Aunt Millie's came out with their Live Carb English muffins for 2pts. They can be a bit dry but spray butter goes a long way. Best of luck on your journey 😀

      I am on a weight loss journey my girls are not. However, knowing that their snacks may be higher in macros they are limited to how many snacks they get in a day. Other times through out the day they eat fruit. It is important that they know how to strike a healthy balance and not have the struggles I have because I never learned this at a young age.
