Defiantly the best ride of all time.
Toby the robertsons brothers from glasgow had a set that traveld in the 80s and ninteys all be it under diesel power . And then sold them to the dormans. I had the pleasure of riding them as a kid and also helped build up work on them and pull them down . I admire your ride very lovely

Hello Joby, in the video, you mention someone called Harry Lee. My Great Grandparents were Fred and Rose Lee who owned a gallopers ride. I have had a great interest in vintage fairground rides and artwork since I was young. Because my Grandparents were traveling showmen I have not been able to trace their history. Have you noticed any reference in any of the books you have? Keep up the great work.
I can hear Carters Dean which is one of my fav organs, I have literally all the music from it on CD.

Hi Joby, I know it's probably a daft question, but I've been on your steam yachts many times over the years, and my heart is always in my mouth as they swing to the near vertical position, but does this machine have the capability to make these yachts swing over the top, through 360 degrees?, even if you wanted to...?! It would also be good to see how you operate the swing control, I believe it's a foot control?

It’s too loud for me at steam fairs with all the fairground organ music but i like listening to them from just audio through speakers I’m better with that and it playing through TH-cam audio.

They have got fantastic designs on them the appearance is fine but the noise oooooooh.
Vibrates too much in your ears the sound for me.
