These are ai voices. Text to speech i think in this case. It may even be completely ai generated. Pretty much most if not all of these story telling channels are completely or mostly ai generated. They usually use some generic gamplay video in the background text on the screen and some random effects popping up and around and this video the voice is harder to tell because its so well done, but you can tell from certian speech patterns and pronouncing "btw" as "btw" instead of saying "by the way" Who actually says "btw", or when he said 0_0 instead of zero for zero or oh for oh, which is actually what that means, and the repeating patterns in his speech. The ai content creator glitched out toward the end of this video, the voice and video ouptut was lost. If im right than this is actually one of the best ai voice overs ive heard.
