Restoration of old 2T motorbike Famel zundapp 76 "1986"

- Hi guys, I leave you with a restoration I did on a Zundapp Famel 76 2-stroke motorbike.
I remember that it was my second restoration done in my life and that I am a layman but I tried to do it in the best way possible.

muito mas mesmo muito bom. atendendo a que é um trabalho feito "by your self" e que aparenta ser alguém jovem, é de louvar a coragem pra se meter num trabalho onde o resultado final está muito apreciável. é algo que hoje em dia, os jovens não apreciam muito, que é "sujar as mãos". muitos parabém para o resultado final.
também tenho uma Zundapp Perfecta de 1977 que foi resgatada na hora H, que estava num estado idêntico a esta do vídeo e até estava já carregada pra ir para o sucateiro. uns tempos de trabalho e hoje dou umas voltinhas.
assim como a uma Famel Periquito de 1973, em que nessa foi intensão de manter tudo o mais original possível.

Beautiful work! I'm doing my 7th restoration of a trail bike from the 70's. So, I have an idea how much work this was. And you did it exceptionally well. Bravo!

só um pequeno reparo, ali registado para o minuto 21m45s.
para segurança de quem circula no veiculo, o clip de é usado para segurar o elo da corrente é colocado com a curva fechada virada para o sentido giratório da corrente no pinhão de ataque. colocado como eu o vi, poderá prender em algum lado do guarda corrente, soltar-se e também se solta a corrente, e poderá ocasionar algum acidente. espero ter ajudado.
Boas obrigado joao porem eu gravei ainda tive a desmontar. Ouve ai perda de videos e sei que gravei a parte correcta mas nao ficou. com maos todas sujas tar a gravar sosinha faltou muita coisa mas obrigado pelo comentario.

Hi, very nice job on your restoration. I am trying to repair a Famel Zundapp for a friend but I can't find any information about the electrical system. There is a button to kill the engine on the light switch but it doesn't work and I am not sure where it should connect to. Do you have any information about that? Thanks.
Hello, it's quite simple, just take a look and it's easy to understand, if you need help I can help.
@@doitgirl Thanks. Normally small motors are stopped by shorting out the wire from the ignition but I don't know if it is done the same way on the Famel.

for engines that leave 2 wires and 3 or 4 others, the base colors are blue for ignition, yellow, horn control lights, black ground. If there are only 2 wires, the grounding is always on the motorbike frame. Another note is that lights that are always on as brakes must be turned on directly without using the control. the ignition is divided into 2, one goes to the control and the other to the ignition coil... talk to me via message on ista, I'll respond and I'll make a diagram
Thanks for your reply. I don't have instagram but your reply is helpful. I'll take another look at the bike when I get a chance, it is at a friend's house. Knowing the wire colours will help, I'm sure.

@@doitgirl a elétrica acho que não tem efeito na velocidade máxima, aumente dois dentes no pinhão de ataque. A minha macal com 4 velocidades de origem bate os
@@GabrielRibeiro_09 a eletrica da para mexer na velocidade sim se mexer nalgumas coisas.... a mota sim pode mexer no pinhao mas isso quanto menos dentes mais torque e menos velocidade mais dentes contrariamente. Em relacao as eletricas pode mudar e alterar algumas coisas ou ate desbloquear se tiver limitada. Mudar todo o sistema para suportar uma voltagens e amperagem maior tera mais velocidade ou alterar o proprio motor com imans mais fortes e controlador com mais w. E ate facil de calcular para depois ver o que consome e que velocidade esperamos ...Nao e muito viavel economicamente o mais barato sera so mexer no controlador mas pouca velocidade se consegue...
