MTM, MJJC, This? Which is the best foam cannon?
MJJC v2 and Griot's Garage Boss, the new MJJC v3 looks nice, but that clear plastic seems fragile and not as sturdy as v2
I use MTM because it is capable of being repaired. Honestly I prefer rinseless for the ease of use and lack of water spots without expensive water filters.
I like my MJJC v2 because it has a wide base and a weighted draw tube that the Chemical Guys unit doesn't have. It works flawlessly and is less expensive than some of the other high-grade cannons.
MJJC is the king of foam cannons
Too much $$$ for me.
I think foam cannons have reached the pinnacle of what we can expect of them. This is no better, or worse, it just costs more than others. Personally I use the Adam's cannon. I think it was $60. It does exactly what this $100 foam cannon does, but for $40 less. I will say the one advantage the Adam's has is a weighted silicone feed tube. It's very flexible and gets down to the last drop of product.
I have the adams as well! Honestly been super impressed and hasn't let me down yet.
I can agree with that. I bought an MTM before prices sky rocketed and it’s been holding up well for the past 2 years. I would never pay over $40 for a foam cannon again. If it decides to go I’ll just buy an Amazon on
I love my old MJJC canon. The wide mouth and sturdy base are very important to me.
I'm happy with my $20 canon from Amazon, I'm happier with your "slow-mo-foam" camera shots, your editing skills are on point with your detailing skills sir.
Great review, i’m perfectly fine with my $16 one from Amazon. I simply replaced the nozzle/orifice with 1.1 mm , gets the job done perfectly. I see no need to shell out $50,$60 or even worse 100+ dollars for plastic container. If you are a professional detailer may be you need it and you can write it off, but in my case not necessary. Look forward to the next review.

i bought a MAXFoam 8 from Chemical guy a few years ago, the foam is good and it's been going strong. only thing i wish it has was a stubby bottle and a wide mouth, i may buy an MTM wide mouth bottle kit for it and call it a day.
the silicone tube also isn't very chemical resistant, i've left soap in it and it hardened up the tube where the soap was sitting. easy to replace but for $120 canadian from Crappy Tire, i would have hoped for a more resistant and plyable tube. besides the price and a few minor inconveniences it works well and does what i need it to do, even on my 2030psi 1.4 gpm pressure washer
that poor cone was just sitting there minding its own business, then out of nowhere blam. creamed on all over! LOL
I tried an mjjc pro foam cannon and that to me produced the most foam felt the best to me too and I loved the weighted tube
Have had decent luck with my MATCC i purchased from Amazon a couple years back. Foam cannon and stubby gun together were $80, IIRC. I would like to step up to a cannon with the wide mouth canister for easier filling, as well as a wider canister base so it doesn't tip over. Won't spend this kind of dough on CG product though. MJJC is the bar level! MTM and Griots Boss System I found is pretty close to that bar level!
i researched a lot of foam cannons before getting this Chem Bros Big Mouth. I have a mid size SUV that has a box on top and the wide spray def helps minimize the passes and get full coverage. possibly a little pricier than others in the market but for my use it's the only one that has the widest foam/spray. i figured the slight extra cost can be recouped w/ the time/effort savings on the wash.
The shampoo is just fabulous great product.
The best is a balance between thick and runny foam.. I would go just a notch thicker.
And good mixing (with water first) is important.
I like the wt foam for a pre rinse and like the shaving cream foam for a contact wash. Mtm all the way
Really like the wide mouth opening. Feels robust. Little overpriced but good cannon so far.
If I have to order a foam cannon it will be the MJJC pro, the only thing I like from Chemical guys are the Snow foam shampoos and the interior detailer.

Very nice review sir. Me personally, I would not spend $100 on a chemical guys foam cannon! I think that there is some other foam cannons out there that perform as good but in the $60 range. I watch all videos on foam cannons and I still have my first one(3 years old!!!) that I bought off Amazon for $20!!!
I have 4 MTM foam cannons I don’t think I’ll need one for a while lol. I have a very sick habit when comes to detailing.
Foam can be a very good thing regardless of how it is distributed 🤓👍🏻
Nothing beats my Armor All 2 in one foam cannon. I own 3. 2 more than 100 bucks vs 1 of 40 bucks.
6:32 you need some (temp) walls/panels around your wash-bay, to prevent that wind and overspray on you...
You got a Gallardo in your intro and now you have one! I think this foam cannon is a little too expensive

I just recently got a RYOBI pressure washer 1800 psi and 1.2 gpm would this foam canon work with that or not?
I have a big mouth foam canon I bought a couple years ago. The top has very poor thread engagement. Set it on the ground and the top can pop off and dump the soap out. It’s infuriating.
