    Thanks alot rashmi 👍 ur suryanamaskar video helped me alot in losing my weight in this lockdown period. Since last 2 months I m doing suryanamaskar daily, April I did 12 set & in from May I started 24 set regularly without any rest day
    I lose nearly 8 kg with his work out once again Thank u once again without ur video it's not possible.

    Today for the first time I could complete the whole session . I kind of used to give up after 20 rounds I.e 40 Surya Namaskar. I used to tell my body that is enough , similarly I told myself after 40 surya namaskar that no I am not tired at all , and I went through

    hello mam, thank you for wonderful videos of suryanamaskars... they are really helping us to reduce out fat from body. i ve been following your videos from last month.. i do 24-36-48 suryanamaskar cardio with proper diet... and in these 15 days i ve reduced 4kgs...thank u so so much!

    Me and my wife keep trying variety of yoga teachers on TH-cam but letme tell you your 24 rounds of Suryanamashkar beats them all anytime.
    We both could transform our bodies considerably and in a short time following your video s !!!

      @@mercy6054 yes and i also started basil seeds (you can take chia if dont get basil at your place) less carbohydrates and very limited sugar i have seen the result.you can try it. Do it in morning in the first place

    This exercise has become routine for me every morning, lost 8 kg from 86 to 78 because of this exercise and slight changes in food.

      @@ayushipandey8962 I have reduced in one month, now my weight is 73 which I reduced in 3 months from 86. It perfectly suits to my height. I am in the verge of maintaining my weight at 73. Currently my weight ranges from 72.5 to 73.5.

      @@ayushipandey8962 I generally had sprouts along with breakfast, for lunch I will have salad, curd, dal and rice, for dinner I will have salad, curd, dal and millets. Generally I will take good fiber content for snacks in between meals like dried blue berries, dried black berries, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds (all seeds roasted). 10 mins walk after every meal just to keep yourself active. Till now I never skipped the meal. I started reducing without giving strain to my body hence sustainability will be more with good adaptability. It is hard to stop reducing myself once I get going. Now I started eating all sort of chats, icecream, and large meals on Sundays to reward my body without altering my weight. All my blood parameters like cholestrol and carb levels were doubled previously, now perfectly normal.

    Rashmi, thanks for these amazing variations, me and my wife are basically marathoners and we were not allowed to go out for run during lockdown, we searched your video and started practicing it for almost 2 months, believe me we are now so flexible and regained our fit body. Despite we continue to run outdoor, we didn't stopped these 50 SN's, You are and will be my Online Yoga guru. Thanks again...

      I like the variations you bring in your sessions, it adds more intensity while doing the Asanas.
      Can you help me with some breathing tips to keep control while am doing the Asanas. I get carried away while and at times miss the breathing flow.

    Dear Rashmi,This is my first ever comment for any video. I have been following your videos for few months now. I have tried many yoga videos but nothing can beat this! I was sweating profusely at the end of the workout and I feel accomplished completing 50!!

      Oh one more thing, I have hypothyroidism and fatigue was one thing I couldn’t overcome. Even since I started surya namaskars, I feel super energetic. I started off with 12 count, 18 ( is tough!!!never thought I could progress),24 and now 50. After completing 50, I feel calm and the next day I woke up feeling so energetic. Thanks 🙏🏼

Please make a video on the food consumed before or after sun salutations , the type of clothes suitable during the salutations, should we drink water or not, best time to do, the place that should be done, Do's and Don'ts etc... Really confused about all that. I hope u clear my Doubts through a video.

    I could never do more than 6 sets of surya namaskar, but your videos inspired me to complete 12 sets. I was waiting for 25 sets eagerly. This has variations too, I will try n let you know

    In description it says this workout targets 90% of our total body muscles, I just wonder which are the rest 10% cz my whole body is stretched. Face red and yes I burned 440 calories with this session...

    I have been following you for some time and love all your weekly as well as daily yoga series.
    Trying for surya namaskars...abhi reached upto 24 rounds. Hopefully soon will be able to do 50 🙂
    Any tips for that?

      Just keep at it. You will develop the stamina for it. Follow the breathing pattern.
