I would guess your local napa has a wall covered with photos of you as customer of the month from just the sheer number of batteries you buy.

I asked a fella that maintains a fleet of Cushman rigs at an aircraft plant if he had any shop manuals for older distributor/points ignition models…. He pretty much said you were on your own and wishes you the best of luck… 😂

The parts store staff probably love to see you walk in the door...or run and hide to avoid searching for NLA parts LOL. She oughta be a great addition to your collection with the operating dump bed and room for Buddy the dog to ride along.

I think you're going to need a muffler for that fuel pump!!!! That would drive me up a tree. Watched you use that inflator until I went and bought one. Pretty handy.
Ross, Look on line for Cushman Clubs or collectors. We did have one close by but he is gone now. If you can find one maybe they will help you!

Ross, that little truck would make you a dandy service truck for around your place. Put a tool box on it with common use tools and away you go . Really come in handy for field break downs when you are farming .👍🇺🇸🙏🏽✌🏻
Great video Ross. Seems you're gonna have another good ride there for the homestead. I am no expert, but I think that carb kit and a good cleaning and your gonna have something there. Good luck with the ole gal.

I was watching your video on your Cushman truckster I drove one just like it for 10 years on a garbage route up here in Minnesota my had a full cab and dump box as you can imagine it wasn't very warm in the winter
When you drove around sitting on the passenger side running the throttle with your left hand all I could think was; Do the neighbors ever drive by and wonder what the hell is Ross doing now?
They say Sea Foam solves anything mechanical for problems Ross. Maybe you should buy a truck load of it, like you do for brake cleaner! 😂😂😂😂. I think you're on the road for another fun toy!

Had one of these at a previous job. It did rum like a motorcycle. Had 3 on the tree transmission. Was a pretty speedy buggy
Fuel line is kinked! Everytime you lay the filter back down, it kinks the line in front of it.
Hahaha throw is on some weeds😂 I work in the environmental field and I do the same thing with old gas…my dad always gives me a hard time about it.
I went to the Auburn tractor show today and there was a Cushman moped there. It looked a little better than your Family Truckster.
I would say it led a much easier life than this one 🤣

Good canadate for a Kubota diesel swap it’d sound a lot better too I personally own a Kubota RTV 900 diesel that is an absolute animal if your wanting suggestions

You might see if a Mikuni carburetor will work. A small engine repair shop may know if ir would work.

Not enough fuel ,I’d start with a new filter .
Put a healthy dose of SeaFoam in the fuel. It is great at cleaning carb passages. You should never take us on a tour of un-done projects.
Seafoam is the cat's pajamas, but that carb was a bit of nasty

Hay Moron, all carburetors operate the same they mix fuel with air. Idle circuit, power circuit, and in this case an accelerator pump. Clean it up , make sure all ports are open and the float is adjusted and the emulsion tube ( if it has one ) is clear ( little holes ) all removable jets are clear. Reassemble and go to town ! Yee Haa ! 👍🇺🇸 You know how to repair it, who are you kidding Ross ?
