It turns heads, and as it's often repeated - indestructible!
Basic, comfortable and utilitarian everything you want in a truck 👍. I really wish manufacturers would realize some people still want things like that.

Those trucks are awesome. I’ve only seen 1 or 2 here in Edmonton alberta but when I do everyone breaks their neck looking at them. Same with my landcruiser prado as well. That truck looks like it needs a little love on the interior but it seems like those door cards and front seats are the same as a second gen 90-95 4runner so it wouldn’t take much to bring that interior back to life.

That "roll bar" on the bed it's actually so you can tie things in it, usually the ones that don't fit in the bed and you need to put it over the roof.
How much? This is 107. The 106 is the best as it got front solid axle. I've been thinking this model is the best to use in the US as you can still find front windshield and body parts freely across the US! If one wants to convert in to LHD install a US spec dash, steering box/pitman arm and the brake master pump (have room), use a 90-95 4runner door wire loom, the only issue is mounting the wiper linkage.
hi from brazil, this model of hilux here in brazil is very dear, especially the turbo 3.0 1kzt version, it faces the indestructible Xterra diesel MWM manufactured few units only here in brazil
