For a farm truck it's in great condition really.
A good machine polish will bring up that paint no problems.
My 90 is farm spec too and absolutely no way it should have passed an MOT either.

hi lot of work for 6weeks,, should be fun tho, ive just spent amonth welding a mates 110 chassy, tank support, and spring hanger, bump stops ect,,
