Another cool Video Mike! I use Zuchini as a replacement for cucumber when I don't want the "wetness" of cucumbers. Zuchini raw, thin sliced with Thuna and some fresh garlic sauce is just awesome. (Dolphin safe Thuna of course) With some Cabiatta. Damn, now I am hungry :p.
That will be dinner tonight and I do believe I have all the fixings I love artichoke and zucchini yum yum yum😊😊😊 and I am from Wisconsin so don't forget the CHEESE PLEASE! 😊😊😍😍
