Which advice specifically are you referring to? A quick search on google scholar for search terms like "acne" and "diet" or "nutrition" or "gut health" and "skin health" or the gut-brain-skin-axis turns up A TON of results. There are plenty of studies on google scholar about h.pylori and rosacea--after all that is where I discovered the link. If you have a specific question I'm happy to try to answer it or provide sources as to how I arrived at my conclusion. Lastly, I didn't heal my skin by listening to the advice from doctors citing research, I healed my skin by listening to people who healed their skin using natural techniques that were way harder than taking a pill or slathering some petroleum based "moisture barrier" on their skin. Sometimes anecdotal, experiential evidence is the best evidence, especially when the same results are experienced by many people using the same techniques. And then when you follow that experiential advice and it works for you...well then you don't really care what the scientists testing mice in a lab say. Just presenting my own experiences here.
@user-cw5ro6tk5t Use your body as the source for what will heal you. Lilyanna mentioned elimination diet --why don't you try that? You must be a vegan so you either continue consuming plant toxins or have an open mind and try healing yourself with keto. Do your own research.
There are no sources for the advice you are offering. Anecdotal evidence is not actual evidence.
