My feedback and experience as a female: 1. For the nailpaint alternative, you can use stick on extensions whenever you feel like 2. I’ve been using epilator for more than 5 years now and it works as new( I’ve the Phillips one) 3. Period products: you can use Menstrual cup which is not only environment friendly but also cost effective, I’ve been using one for around 2-3 years and I’ve never had to check for stains ever. If you find Cups scary, you can try reusable pads or period panties, keep atleast 3-4 of them so that when one is washed you’ll have a dry one even in monsoon or winters. 4. Satavar is actually really helpful in female health, all women who struggle with painful period can find some relief there, it’s called Asparagus in case you’re wondering what it’s in English :) also, really good video ☺️
No don't use reusable pads unless you can be 100% sure that they get completely dry under sun or high speed fan. I worked at a phc and many women came with infection because of those

Using Epilators does minimize hair growth. I have been using them for 10 years and now I use epilators once in 2 months. The lood powder alternative is good, just please don't add kitchen cooking turmeric as it will tan your skin, specially if you go out in sun after appplying. Use wild turmeric or white turmeric ( pulaan kizhangu or kali haldi)

I'm very disappointed with mama earth's promotion.
@Bharat mamaearth is a very shady brand and they don't show there complete ingredients list. I've used this particular product, the C3 facemask and other mamaearth product for a very long time, when I hadn't done much research on the mama earth. It gave me the worst skincare burn and acne. Mamaearth also pays influencers to promote their products. Also mama earth use fake comments and fake reviews to promote their products

As horrible as the covid pandemic is, a lot of women stopped going to nail salons. I now keep my nails very short and clean, wash my hands regularly. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to wearing nail polish. It’s just not necessary for me anymore. Plus, you made an excellent point. All those toxic chemicals make their way into the bloodstream and into our immune system.
I stopped wearing nail Polish years ago. For some reason as a teenager I thought a nail Polish collection was important...they all dried up and I abandoned that "hobby" 😃 never really liked it anyway. I remember childrens toys too, tinker bell nail Polish. It was this peelable stuff. My friend had it and I wanted it 😃
Some ppl like the art side of it....i dont wear nail paints but i understand why ppl wud like to wear em....so many things r harmful these days...what all to cut off?!🤷
@@nickyetti93 and all tied into people's livelihoods as well. I just gradually gave up stuff as time went on, usually for environmental reasons. I don't like seeing landfill being piled up with it all. It's a terrible thing to leave for future generations. I still wear makeup, but I'm more or less down to an eyeliner and lip pencil, wooden one.. Plastic pot for face cream though.
My mum always wants to paint my nails since I was 9 but I've been saying no. Now im really glad
And also in the sea and pollutes the world

2. Hair removal creams. Use wax and razor instead of creams.
3. Nail polish
4. "Health drinks" with artificial sweeteners and chemicals
5. Deodorant that block sweat glands. Use non aluminium based deodorant.
6. Compact powders which are talc based. Use diy option of cocoa, tumeric and arrow root mixture
