No one ever explains the transducer, how many clicks to the right or left? When do you use landscape?

Guide Cody Herman does a daily report when fishing the Buoy 10 Columbia River salmon season. This year he used his Active Target to locate and watch salmon. Guide Cameron Black actually has the Apex and Mega Live and also did a few reports but not every day. Both commented on pointing towards back while trolling. They were able to see schools of salmon. Salmon follow and swim away. Days that the fish bite and other days they would just follow and turn away. Both guides knowing that the salmon were interested but not committing tried different methods to intice a bite. Sort of work but when they don't want to bite they don't bite. Both guides said the technology is great but also frustrating when you can see the fish and won't bite.
That's nice..but the ancestors taught me to find fish using your knowledge of weather and landscape. 😂
