    UMANYALA has such a poetic strides. He runs with a rhythm so smooth. I hope he gets the support he deserves even if it means going abroad to train in countries with the best facilities and coaches like America. This young man is going to do great things. I hope this inspires more young Kenyans to get more involved in shorter distances race coz I believe we can be good at it. Put Kenyans in any field of endeavour and they will surprise you. We used to produce great boxers who went on to achieve so much and we can do it again given the right support by thr government in any games including cycling and even football.

    @y1521t21b5 3 ปีที่แล้ว +7

    Very promising indeed and I hope he keeps on the straight and narrow.
    My two cents' worth is that he needs to get a top coach or he won't rise much higher. From his current level to the very summit of the sport, even I can spot two areas in which he could improve:
    *1.* Technically, there is still too much lateral movement in the upper body. This could be channelled into forward propulsion.
    *2.* Physically, there is room for more toning. There seems to be room for further streamlining.
    His lateral movement looks even more pronounced than Bolt's. I am not privy to _Omanyala's_ medical data, but I doubt he as scoliosis as is the case with _Bolt._
    After conquering _Africa,_ you must set your sights on global titles. All the best on your journey to the very top!
