Kuat has amazing customer support. I am in the industry in Maryland and have sold these racks for 7 years now. Myself, spouse son and daughter in law all have Kuat Sherpa's.
asking for a friend (really!) is this rated for a heavier e-bike? Also, I too often forget about Cali sun on my legs, so those PI's look awsome. Pulling them down a bit would also make a nice striped effect, like zebra camouflage in traffic!
I believe I mentioned it on video 2 of 2. The Sherpa 2.0 is rated at 40 lbs per bike so it is not officially rated for e-bikes since most of them weigh more than 40 lbs. The NV rack is rated to 60 lbs. I sell those as well. If you’re out in the strongest UV time frame you should protect as much exposed skin as possible. The Pearl Izumi Sun sleeves are SPF 50 and essential summer riding equipment
Great that Jess is back on the bike! What bike did you end building to replace her crashed one? BTW, nice rack indeed! Never heard of Kuat, but it has nicer aesthetics than others available here in Australia.
Hello Patrick - you might recall she has 2 Cinelli Super Star disc brake bikes. One is waiting for the insurance payment and the other is road worthy. Kuat racks are a US brand. I am surprised they are not available down under though. Thanks for watching!
@@jessicacheck179 I love my steel cross version BAB as a true do-almost-anything bike. It gives up very little in handling and performance on the road to my Road Logic and travel adventures shouldn't have to end at the pavement- Gravel King 38mm's fit just fine for fire roads/light singletrack, and a cross bike will greatly expand the riding possibilities beyond just another road bike that fits in a smaller box.
