I believe that this is usually a good thing as our world has more than enough violence. However, this isn't an accurate portrayal of human nature, which contains just as much violence and destructiveness as it does kindness and nurturing. "Inhumanity" in that account. The things that happened in Texas at that time were exactly what humans would do.
But "inhumanity" does not mean "non-human," it means, literally, "extremely cruel and brutal behavior," at least, according to the dictionary.
