Sir ji, some excercise are not good for mommy tummy condition.. Which is diastasis rectii or ab seperation condition.....so any excercise which leads to stomach plateau like condition could be worse the condition we are dealing with...

if you start eating more then obviously you will put on weight. Usually what happens is that when people quit working out they eat more than they were eating before joining the gym and hence put on more weight than they had before.
