      Jas Gill You can do dumbbell rows with light weight dumbbells. Within 3 weeks it will shred 70% of your upper back fat.
      Also try to do some chinups or lat pull downs if you can.

    Sir ji, some excercise are not good for mommy tummy condition.. Which is diastasis rectii or ab seperation condition.....so any excercise which leads to stomach plateau like condition could be worse the condition we are dealing with...

      if you start eating more then obviously you will put on weight. Usually what happens is that when people quit working out they eat more than they were eating before joining the gym and hence put on more weight than they had before.

    I do home exercise in morning empty stomach. I drink only warm water with lemon. So is that okay? Or I have to eat something before exercise? I want to loose my post pregnancy weight.
