I believe that I am the most senior of this group- just turned 75 and have been following Caroline's workout videos since the beginning of the pandemic. I preview them and think "Nope, can't do that" and then I do it! The burpees are a problem for my shoulder in this workout but I have been working out for years, so I know how to substitute. Honestly I am so much stronger since I started these workouts and I have more energy and stamina. Thank you Caroline. I see my friends having trouble walking, with balance and strength and I wish I could convince them to work out.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I thought I was getting old and can’t keep up with this kind of workouts. Reading this gave me lots of motivation and hope for many years to come.
It is entirely inexplicable to me that every day the first thing I do when I wake up is check the new epic workout. That mixture of anticipation, excitement and a bit of fear really gets me going for the day! I can't wait xx

Yes yes yes, I know it's 3 years old but I still admire and love Caroline's workouts. This one is something different, combined the human anatomy into multiple dimensions and adds strength with dumbbells....totally awesome..
I love how concerned Caroline is about the technical glitch, honestly it’s so minor - a teeny tiny, minuscule blip. Especially in comparison to the colossal amount of superb quality content she is creating for us - for free!! ❤️❤️ I LOVED that workout - nothing too crazy, a great mixture of dumbbell and body weight exercises. Very sweaty and really got my heart racing. 😅😆 Week 3 done and dusted 💪🙌😁 Thank you Caroline!! 😍

Another awesome workout. Thank you. You've made so much difference to my life the last few months. I moved to America in November 2019 for a job opportunity, on a 3 year visa. Back in Australia where I lived before (though I'm english), my whole friendship circle was based around trail and ultra-running. So, the first thing I did in Miami was join a running club to make some friends in a very alien country. Within 3 months, the pandemic hit. Obviously the run club shut down (still closed as pandemic is bad here). Like many of you on here, I also started working from home. 1000 people got made redundant from my company. I thankfully kept my role but it was so stressful in a new country. After a year here, my husband still hasn't found work as its chaos. And we haven't been able to make any friends as I continue to WFH and we barely leave the flat to stay away from Covid. I've managed to keep up doing a short solo run every night. But joining this about 6 months ago has really helped my mental health this year. I know I am lucky to have work and be healthy, and I am sure many people in this group have had a shitty year as well. So we are all extremely thankful Caroline for you giving us some routine, some goals, some escape from the day to day. I also noted Caroline that you're a fellow long distance runner (obviously a proper one! I was always back of pack)! So just on that basis, I knew you were a cool chick! Thank you so much.
This was so fun! Loved how diverse the exercises were. Normally I struggle when exercises are repeated but this flew right by ❤️ quality as always, Caroline.
Today I felt how much stronger I’ve become!. I thought I was all bad ass using my 10lb weights and then realised Caroline’s were double 😳😬... I gave this everything and I feel great. I’m so thankful for Caroline . I have never stuck to anything for so long and it’s because she’s just awesome in every way. Looking forward to day 16 now! 🥰🥰
Yes! A one hour circuit workout - looks challenging as always! I’m excited to do this one tomorrow! Caroline consistently proves how hard basic bodyweight exercises can be!
I did this workout first thing without food and that was a mistake😝 never do that! I seriously doubt I could finish this when I got to the middle of the 2nd circuit but I pushed through and finished in the end, that’s the BEST feeling in the world. Thank you so much Caroline!!!!!! 🥰
I feel like Caroline heard our cries from this week because even though this one was very challenging, it didn't seem to require as much from my muscles that were still aching from Monday, Tuesday, AND Wednesday. She is truly amazing.
OMG this is just what the body needed after this week's INTENSE workouts (my pecks just now feel back to normal)! Who else agrees!? Just the right intensity to prepare for rest day and come back strong for HIIT on Sunday! Happy rest/wine/beer day tomorrow everyone, you earned it!
Lol yes Sandra! My chest finally felt normal again today! Starting off with the pushups I didnt know what my muscles would think...but felt great doing them. Great end to an intense week! Week 3 was definitely Epic!!!
Woke up tired. Didn't want to workout for an hour but started the workout anyway and thought I'd do 30 minutes. Managed to complete the entire workout, felt great afterwards but boy am I sore now! Thanks C love this sort of workout 🤗❤
It’s negative temps where I’m from, so a great way to warm up!! Love getting these 1 hour workouts done in the morning, as I get into a zone and feel so energized and strong afterwards. A great start to the day! Happy Friday all!

This was so fun! At the end of the workout, I remembered that when I started working out in 2020 - during the quarantine, of course - I was not able to do 5 pushups without all my joints shaking. Fast forward to November/December, I felt exhausted after ~15 kettlebell swings. And so on. And now I am able to keep going with all these exercises for an entire hour, which is something I was not even able to do in my teenage years! Considering all that, I almost started to cry when I finished this. I've been saying this in previous comments, but I am extremely grateful that I have access to all these workouts for free. This is the most well-rounded program I have ever found on TH-cam. Thank you so much!
Yes Fiorella! I loved the finisher and cranked up my intensity and really went for it! The music is always such a motivator at the end!!! I love dumbell burpees haha..so that helped too😉😊

I just finished up week 2 today but wanted to pop over and give a testimonial. I started EPIC I at 140 lbs. As of yesterday I'm at 131, which isn't even at the top of the list of benefits I've experienced since doing these workouts. The first time we did Turkish get-ups in EPIC I, I attempted it with a 20 lb weight and promptly dropped it on my hip. Lol I was happy to do them correctly on EPIC II Day 10 with my 20 lb weight! I also couldn't do a full push-up off my knees or do leg lowers without supporting my hips. Today, I can do a variety of push-ups (except those pesky triceps push-ups) at multiple reps! I also did my leg lowers happily holding that 20 lb weight above my head. Progress! I'm so thrilled and confident and excited to see what the next workout brings. Slow and steady improvement is so rewarding!
Wow Lori! You’ve been working so hard!! You totally deserve all the progress! It can feel like you never make progress sometimes but then there are times you realise you can do new movements, hold better, push up deeper! I started Epic II late but I’ve been diligent! I just want to say that Caroline has given me such a feeling of strength and pride even at only my 15th day. I’ve seen such a dramatic change in my arm definition and when I couldn’t even do two push-ups before I can make it through all of her push-up sets now.With correct form may I add.I’ve had to slightly modify because I am using 20 pound adjustable ankle weights since I do not have dumbbells but they have served their purpose well. I am looking to purchase a heavier set of dumbbells now over 20lbs each .Anyway I just wanted to say thank u so much Caroline Girvan and I cant wait to workout with you everyday, it’s seriously the best part of my day, not including my kids who are obviously always the best!! This program makes me feel beautiful, empowered and strong so thank u thank u thank u!! From a broke but happy mom, thank you for the chance to get fit at home for free!!
I know I’m “a bit” late for this challenge hahahaha but here I am. I finished EPIC I in march 2023 and now I’m onto this one. My goal is to complete all 5 EPIC programs.
Omg!!! This workout was the bomb!!! For an hour workout it went by so fast. Don't get me wrong so excited today is a rest day. 7pm workouts are not fun on a Friday night but I feel oh so good after!!! I an so happy I found Caroline and this winder community. I love how we encourage one another and how we can laugh with each other at our epic fails! What matters is we show up for ourselves and we always encourage others!!! For those that have done this congrats & for those who still need to do have fun with it and make it your own... 🌈🌈💯💯💟💟✌🏻✌🏻
Having a day off (yesterday) made all the difference in the world. I crushed this today. Of course, my version of crush is not like most!! I take breaks on occasion due to asthma, but I can feel the strength building and I thank you MIss Carolyn from the bottom of my heart!!

Oddly enough, dumbbell burpees have become my favorite exercise. I never thought I’d say that, ever. Loving how strong I become every single week!! Thank you Caroline! ❤️❤️❤️

This was just the right workout to follow up the previous three days. My buns, hams, pecs,--- my whole body really, was still worn from the previous days, so I'm grateful for today's mercy, thank you🙏😭 I'm so glad I didn't take a rest day. In Caroline I trust.

This was awesome. A sweaty one. I was a bit scared (most when full body 1h). But doable. First circuit was the thoughest for me. Heart rate up. The structure is amazing. Well thought out as always by Caroline.

WOW thats the weekend off to a great start. I wonder how everyone else is but those Push-ups really opened the Chest again after the hammering they took earlier in the week. Nice tip about the glass of water on your back while doing Renegade Rows and the Plank Ladder, that really does help focus, so use the same tip for the Reverse Crab. Might have had a few wee spillages on that one. The hour flies by but its not easy and the heart rate is up. This is like a jigsaw all the pieces fit together perfectly and in the end you have the perfect fullbody picture. Happy weekend Everyone. Caroline have a good one 👍 I see we are in lockdown until March. So happy for EPIC II something to focus on 💪💪💪👊👊👊😉 such a positive vibe you really have seen us through some difficult days. Ok day after this workout is anyone's butt seriously sore!!!! Those rainbow kicks are killer the day after. I love that I've been working out for 15 years and Caroline introduces me weekly to new exercises I've never done before. Talk about keeping fitness fresh and fun, it almost doesn't feel as hard with such variety......key word 'almost'...lol;)

One of my fav workouts! I am so grateful for Caroline, I typically write my own workouts and am pretty motivated but almost 10 months of mostly working out at home and it starts to get boring so it's so nice to be able to follow along for some motivation and new ideas!
The fact that I managed to finish today's "fun workout😒😂" is an accomplishment, this week was just rough and not because of the workouts but am glad I pulled through😊❤️

Finally found my mojo after 3 weeks of starting EPIC 2🙃. I was way far disciplined when I did EPIC 1. Been erratic with EPIC 2 and rather demotivated. I was so desperate to get back into it with the same kind of energy as EPIC 1 and I did it 😀. Today's workout was brilliant and creative like most of Caroline's workout and I gave my 100 percent. Thanks so much Caroline and my friends here for bring great source of encouragement❤❤❤

My heartrate was up high all the way through! Sometimes it felt like HIIT my heart was beating so fast.. the rainbow kicks made me feel like a badass karate kid😂 this was definitely fun, but also really challenging (as always with Caroline’s workouts) the crab hold burned my glutes UP, my glutes and legs were shaking like crazy every time! Love it. I really focused so hard on that “glass of water on my back” during the plank ladder and renegade rows - it really makes you go slower and engage everything all over. Ah the plank leg lifts!!? When I looked over and saw how high Caroline was lifting her leg, I was shook. I lifted maybe half as high as she did and I still wobbled a little here and there, cause my glutes and lower back were tired. Great great combination of moves once again! Oh! I held the sumos squat for the 3rd round all the 45secs. I paused in the 1st 2 circuits and in the 3rd I just told myself “I’m gonna hold it no matter what” and I did. I noticed especially during this workout how much I was talking to myself mentally and literally convincing myself to finish those last seconds. Mind over matter!
The best workout where I can feel each very momentum in my whole body and my all body parts are actively engaged and working equally. It’s called the wow workout. Thank u mam

Another great workout, I am very glad that there was no one to see, or video evidence of my attempts at a rainbow kick. Caroline - graceful leg raise to what looked like over head height, I am trying to tell myself that was just the camera angle... because my attempts were not graceful, and I think if they reached my chest I would have been impressed, any higher I would have been putting additional pressure on the NHS - thats my excuse and I am sticking to it...
3 rounds per set, well balanced and a good burnout at the end! I must say, I am still sore from previous two workouts but my my did I have a good time doing this workout! Thank you, Caroline!

Today I felt how much stronger I’ve become!. I thought I was all bad ass using my 10lb weights and then realised Caroline’s were double 😳😬... I gave this everything and I feel great. I’m so thankful for Caroline . I have never stuck to anything for so long and it’s because she’s just awesome in every way. Looking forward to day 16 now! 🥰🥰

I did this workout first thing without food and that was a mistake😝 never do that! I seriously doubt I could finish this when I got to the middle of the 2nd circuit but I pushed through and finished in the end, that’s the BEST feeling in the world. Thank you so much Caroline!!!!!! 🥰
I feel like Caroline heard our cries from this week because even though this one was very challenging, it didn't seem to require as much from my muscles that were still aching from Monday, Tuesday, AND Wednesday. She is truly amazing.

Woke up tired. Didn't want to workout for an hour but started the workout anyway and thought I'd do 30 minutes. Managed to complete the entire workout, felt great afterwards but boy am I sore now! Thanks C love this sort of workout 🤗❤

At the end of the workout, I remembered that when I started working out in 2020 - during the quarantine, of course - I was not able to do 5 pushups without all my joints shaking. Fast forward to November/December, I felt exhausted after ~15 kettlebell swings. And so on. And now I am able to keep going with all these exercises for an entire hour, which is something I was not even able to do in my teenage years! Considering all that, I almost started to cry when I finished this.
I've been saying this in previous comments, but I am extremely grateful that I have access to all these workouts for free. This is the most well-rounded program I have ever found on TH-cam.

I just finished up week 2 today but wanted to pop over and give a testimonial. I started EPIC I at 140 lbs. As of yesterday I'm at 131, which isn't even at the top of the list of benefits I've experienced since doing these workouts. The first time we did Turkish get-ups in EPIC I, I attempted it with a 20 lb weight and promptly dropped it on my hip. Lol I was happy to do them correctly on EPIC II Day 10 with my 20 lb weight! I also couldn't do a full push-up off my knees or do leg lowers without supporting my hips. Today, I can do a variety of push-ups (except those pesky triceps push-ups) at multiple reps! I also did my leg lowers happily holding that 20 lb weight above my head. Progress! I'm so thrilled and confident and excited to see what the next workout brings. Slow and steady improvement is so rewarding!

It can feel like you never make progress sometimes but then there are times you realise you can do new movements, hold better, push up deeper! I started Epic II late but I’ve been diligent! I just want to say that Caroline has given me such a feeling of strength and pride even at only my 15th day. I’ve seen such a dramatic change in my arm definition and when I couldn’t even do two push-ups before I can make it through all of her push-up sets now.With correct form may I add.I’ve had to slightly modify because I am using 20 pound adjustable ankle weights since I do not have dumbbells but they have served their purpose well. I am looking to purchase a heavier set of dumbbells now over 20lbs each .Anyway I just wanted to say thank u so much Caroline Girvan and I cant wait to workout with you everyday, it’s seriously the best part of my day, not including my kids who are obviously always the best!! This program makes me feel beautiful, empowered and strong so thank u thank u thank u!! From a broke but happy mom, thank you for the chance to get fit at home for free!!
I know I’m “a bit” late for this challenge hahahaha but here I am. I finished EPIC I in march 2023 and now I’m onto this one. My goal is to complete all 5 EPIC programs.
Omg!!! This workout was the bomb!!! For an hour workout it went by so fast. Don't get me wrong so excited today is a rest day. 7pm workouts are not fun on a Friday night but I feel oh so good after!!! I an so happy I found Caroline and this winder community. I love how we encourage one another and how we can laugh with each other at our epic fails! What matters is we show up for ourselves and we always encourage others!!! For those that have done this congrats & for those who still need to do have fun with it and make it your own... 🌈🌈💯💯💟💟✌🏻✌🏻
Having a day off (yesterday) made all the difference in the world. I crushed this today. Of course, my version of crush is not like most!! I take breaks on occasion due to asthma, but I can feel the strength building and I thank you MIss Carolyn from the bottom of my heart!!

This was awesome. A sweaty one. I was a bit scared (most when full body 1h). But doable. First circuit was the thoughest for me. Heart rate up. The structure is amazing. Well thought out as always by Caroline.

WOW thats the weekend off to a great start. I wonder how everyone else is but those Push-ups really opened the Chest again after the hammering they took earlier in the week. Nice tip about the glass of water on your back while doing Renegade Rows and the Plank Ladder, that really does help focus, so use the same tip for the Reverse Crab. Might have had a few wee spillages on that one. The hour flies by but its not easy and the heart rate is up. This is like a jigsaw all the pieces fit together perfectly and in the end you have the perfect fullbody picture. Happy weekend Everyone. Ok day after this workout is anyone's butt seriously sore!!!! Those rainbow kicks are killer the day after. I love that I've been working out for 15 years and Caroline introduces me weekly to new exercises I've never done before. Talk about keeping fitness fresh and fun, it almost doesn't feel as hard with such variety......key word 'almost'...lol;)

That was my favorite Friday 1 hour workout. Loved all the circuits. So amazed at how much stronger I feel and my quality of movement and stamina during each cycle. One of my fav workouts! I am so grateful for Caroline, I typically write my own workouts and am pretty motivated but almost 10 months of mostly working out at home and it starts to get boring so it's so nice to be able to follow along for some motivation and new ideas!

Finally found my mojo after 3 weeks of starting EPIC 2🙃. I was way far disciplined when I did EPIC 1. Been erratic with EPIC 2 and rather demotivated. I was so desperate to get back into it with the same kind of energy as EPIC 1 and I did it 😀. Today's workout was brilliant and creative like most of Caroline's workout and I gave my 100 percent. Thanks so much Caroline and my friends here for bring great source of encouragement❤❤❤

My heartrate was up high all the way through! Sometimes it felt like HIIT my heart was beating so fast.. the rainbow kicks made me feel like a badass karate kid😂 this was definitely fun, but also really challenging (as always with Caroline’s workouts) the crab hold burned my glutes UP, my glutes and legs were shaking like crazy every time! Love it. I really focused so hard on that “glass of water on my back” during the plank ladder and renegade rows - it really makes you go slower and engage everything all over. Ah the plank leg lifts!!? When I looked over and saw how high Caroline was lifting her leg, I was shook. I lifted maybe half as high as she did and I still wobbled a little here and there, cause my glutes and lower back were tired. Great great combination of moves once again! Oh! I held the sumos squat for the 3rd round all the 45secs. I paused in the 1st 2 circuits and in the 3rd I just told myself “I’m gonna hold it no matter what” and I did. I noticed especially during this workout how much I was talking to myself mentally and literally convincing myself to finish those last seconds. Mind over matter!
The best workout where I can feel each very momentum in my whole body and my all body parts are actively engaged and working equally. It’s called the wow workout. Thank u mam

Another great workout, I am very glad that there was no one to see, or video evidence of my attempts at a rainbow kick. Caroline - graceful leg raise to what looked like over head height, I am trying to tell myself that was just the camera angle... because my attempts were not graceful, and I think if they reached my chest I would have been impressed, any higher I would have been putting additional pressure on the NHS - thats my excuse and I am sticking to it...
3 rounds per set, well balanced and a good burnout at the end! I must say, I am still sore from previous two workouts but my my did I have a good time doing this workout! Thank you, Caroline!
