      Hi Zaid, you’re absolutely right. Working out with Caroline is the best part. Waking up each day, a new notification from Caroline sure brightens up my day and then smashing the workout leaves me feeling EPIC. She is a blessing 💕

    What you have taught me:
    1. Be kind to yourself- be proud of your body and what it can do instead of finding "imperfections"
    2. An army of supporters is better than doing it alone- I love to read the comments!!
    3. It's fun to increase weights and feel like a badass!
    This was a killer workout! Loved every minute of it 💓💓💓💓

    these 1 hour friday sessions are always a hit or miss for me. today was definitely not a miss. woke up sore, unmotivated, on the verge of depressed, but once I got going (and once those kneel to squats were over) I was already in a better mood, energized, and ready to take on the day. Thanks as always for improving bad days, Caroline~

    My name is Christine from Singapore. I am turning 68 years old in December. I love your exercise videos. I switch between 2.5kg and 5kg.dumbells (depending on the exercise) and finsh your full workouts 3x a week. It helps me tremendously. I have a healthy sweat during the routine and i get a wonderful cardio workout. I switch around your many videos starting with your 20minute stretch exercises. You inspire me with your beautiful genuine smile and encouragement. My health has improved leaps and.bounds since I found your videos. No more checking into hospitals for knee, shoulder or back pains. I go at my own pace and I grow in strength each day. Thank you, Caroline for all your love and encouragement.     I'm not usually one of those loud weightlifting people, but I was today. I had to yell at myself to keep pushing at the end. And no joke I cried a little when "You Are Epic" came on the screen. You made us earn the weekend. Thank you Caroline and the Epic family!

    Is it just me or do the 60 minute workouts fly by? The format is excellent and even though we do 'repeat' some exercises they never get boring. Thanks a million as always Caroline.

    She says: “If you think you can’t do it, just keep moving, 10 seconds later the moment has passed and you’re in it again.” Guess how many 10 seconds there are in 60 min? 360. Guess how many times I wanted to quit? 360. But I kept moving and 60 minutes went by. Today was one of those days: don’t feel great, not in the mood, and I increased my weights on top of it. Took everything out of me. But no matter how hard it was, I reminded myself that the disappointment of quitting would feel harder. Just keep moving !!! 🥵

      Thanks Melinda. You are so right! Even if I don’t feel like it was my greatest workout performance and don’t particularly feel great about it, I aced the mental workout by doing it in spite of it. Another good thing that came out of this workout is that I finally clicked with “the maker” and was able to even enjoy the torture !! It’s a great exercice sequence.

      Hello Luce!! Absolutely... some days is soooo much harder than others! Even the same weight, some days my dumbbells feel lighter and same weight another day they just seem to want to weigh me down!
      It is absolutely a mental struggle, particularly this workout but you did it!! I actually think this was the most challenging so far in EPIC II and you did it!! Well done Luce! I hope you have a lovely relaxing evening planned!! Cx

    Caroline I have to let you know I’ve gotten into the habit of being patient and just smiling thinking wow this is a killer when I can’t continue the exercise because of you and your positivity even when it’s tough!
    Thank you for improving my resilience not just in fitness but mentally. Your work is so rigorous and we all benefit from it!!

    The kneel to squat and the bent over rows were extremely difficult. Fun workout I can't believe how quickly it went.

    This has to be one of your best full body workouts. I love that we’re working the heart all throughout as well, it reminds me to control my breathing. I burned 700 cals and burned my entire body, love this a lot!

    I am SO excited to do this tomorrow! Your comment at the end of the description about it possibly being the most demanding and fatiguing full body workouts of EPIC II has me a bit nervous but ready to work! I think wanting to be challenged and consistently being challenged by you everyday has completely changed my views on health, fitness, and my capabilities! I no longer workout to become my smallest self but I workout to become my strongest self! Thank you so much for all that you do, Caroline!! You’ve changed my life and thousand of others! ❤️

      Yes!! Kneel to squats always about kill my legs into non-function! They are soo tiring..but such a great one. I love and hate them at the same time!! Haha.

    I was wondering what throttle means.... While you were explaining the exercises I understued... It means :massacre! Massacro totale. Day 40 was Epic!     She wasn't kidding when she said the bodyweight ones would be challenging too :P :P I actually felt they were way tougher than the ones with weights. Started my Friday morning with this .. feel sooo blessed. Thank you Caroline :) :)

    I think this is one of my favorite workouts from Epic 2. Time just flew by while I was training hard (& having fun) with Caroline.

      Agree with you about how Caroline takes some very classic moves and manages to put together something very challenging. I think it is how she sequences the moves and the duration for each move that keeps most of us guessing and wanting to work that little bit more. Most of the workouts *seem like* they are doable, but only when I actually do it do I realize that it is just not easy.
      Her "You versus You" has taken me a long way the past few months of working out :)

    DAY FOUR-OH! I say OH... I’m not SO OLD after all, made it through this one with only slight easing of some moves. Plus, I used 2 lb heavier weights so Kudos to ME, and THANK YOU to YOU for giving me my EPIC start to each morning. I’m so in awe of you, of me, of all your followers who are all transforming through this - imagine the thousands of caterpillars you are seeing through to butterflies!       Yes! Those bent over rows made my low back really tired!! I had to stand up a few times to let it rest quick. Very tying set that for sure. You should feel proud and accomplished! I know I do!😉

    This looks smashingly intense and amazing.. Never underestimate the power of bodyweight!
    I just want to thank you Caroline over and over again! I’ve never felt stronger nor firmer!
    Though my weight had been creeping up, my size being stable, I feel I am slowly shredding fat!
    Never did I ever put on jump suits and looked good. Yesterday I did and looked great! Not that looks are all what matters but it surely felt nice!
    I’ll see you on the other side!

I agree with you: I love my daily workouts, but on Saturday I enjoy a rest day (only stretching😉). And I'm always hungry, I love my meals. Our body certainly needs it to recover and build muscles.     I had quite a few of the "Cannot do it any more" moments during the kneel to squat, especially. 10 seconds later, I was almost done with it. Yoohoo! Thank You, Caroline for the pep talk you give us at the beginning :)

    "Tough" does not even begin to describe how I experienced this workout, but I also felt so INCREDIBLY accomplished when we finished.
    I've really experienced the past 10 or so workouts as very intense relative to the 30 before that and I assume its deliberate on Caroline's part, but I've been having more and more moments during workouts recently where I've wondered if I'll be able to continue. I generally drop the weights or pause and then continue when I can and push through until the end, but this round is definitely more challenging than EPIC I was for me.
    Overall, I'm enjoying most of the workouts but they are kicking my butt. I know I'm growing and that the process isn't designed to be comfortable, but I guess I'm more impressed by what my body is capable of and a bit frustrated by how much further I have to go.

    Caroline you BEAST I scrolled through this video and I almost didn’t do it because it looked too easy.
    45 minutes into it I realize I can’t finish with weights- had to do the last quarter with body weight only, and even that was a struggle. But i felt SO GOOD afterwards (and wonderfully sore the day after), thank YOU!

      But I’m sure of 1 thing : my shoulders are +/- dead.
      To check if the rest of my body was still alive, I added the last the 12 min abs workout (the one of Caroline's day of rest 😂)

      I really love Man Makers.
      I practice them a lot and use theme in a large part of my coachings.
      You can work more cardio or more strenght depending of the rythme and the dumbbells that you use.
      Just as I love to train with deadlift, alt renegade row, snatch, dumbbell burpees, climbers, kettlebell swings... A lot of polyarticular exercises. They are rough but so effective 💪
      I'm sure that you feel the same !

    WOWZEER make sure your tank is full as on full throttle this one is "deadly hi" as they say in these parts. Its been and intense week including last nights burpees and FB Friday is no exception. Today I used 12.5kg DBs, lower body sets where such burners and the bodyweight fatique is incredible. Did I enjoy them ? Actually I did and the shear determination to push through really does give you a sense of achievement. Upperbody was shear torture and I love Upperbody. The chest work I could literally feel my muscles ripping and the shear grit needed not to stop was something esle.The pushups were slow, controlled and equally as challenging and I had no stops 😛 Shoulders were just turned into mince meat 😳 the fight to get that DB in the air, first the press to single press to pike press just intensifies the burn 🔥 🔥. Finally the Maker that really does increase the heart rate and again more pressing for the shoulders. Overall a gruelling session but when you finish you just feel you wanna go again 😁. Happy Friday 😊 probably my toughest but most rewarding and progressive week to date. 💯 ❤ EPICII😉

      Hi Anthony...yes this has definitely been a tough intense week, but I have really been enjoying the workouts too! I like to see what I can now do that I couldn’t before! I used 8 kg today...just right. Certainly challenged me but doable and meant I could enjoy pushing through. Like you I didn’t take any breaks...just kept on going! Enjoy your rest day...see you forvtabata HIIT on Sunday! Matthew
