  • The final CrossFit Open workout for the 2020 season was live from Reebok CrossFit One in Boston, MA.
    Perennial Games athletes Annie Thorisdottir and Pat Vellner went head-to-head in muscle-ups, wall-ball shots, and calories on the erg.

    For time, partitioned any way:
    40 muscle-ups
    80-calorie row
    120 wall-ball shots (20/14-lb ball, 10/9 ft)

    How many of Vellner's muscle-ups were not to full extension? On his second set, every single one was a no-rep!

      I counted at least 10 no-reps for Vellner ..

    Somebody educate me but it seems like when I watch CrossFit there’s a lot of improper form.

      @@spencergsmith like with the pull-ups they are swinging using body weight and momentum to get themselves up. I even looked it up and based on what I’ve seen in a bunch a videos that’s not a proper pull-up.
