- Gawin mo ito sa bahay 4-5x a week para palakasin ang iyong muscles:
• GAWIN Mo Ito Para MAIW...
Upang palakasin ang iyong mga kalamnan, kailangan natin ng dumbbells, finger gripper, ankle weight at theraband. Ang timbang ay depende sa iyong functional na capacity or kung ano ang kaya mo. Kung wala ka pa nito, sundan mo lang ako at idagdag ang mga timbang kapag mayroon ka nang magagamit. Mabibili mo ito sa sports center na malapit sa iyo o online. Para sa video na ito, ipinapakita ko sa iyo ang 2lbs dumbell at kalahating kilo na bigat ng ankle weights para sa ating older adults and seniors.

Ito ang best way para mapigilan ang panghina at pagliit ng iyong kalamnan para sa minamahal nating seniors. These exercise po will specifically target lahat ng major muscle groups sa iyong katawan to keep you as functional and as independent the longest possible time. Sundan mo ang video na ito at least 5x a week, I assure you mapapansin mo ang difference.
Kailangan mo ng sumusunod (hindi ito mahal at magagamit mo ito ng ilang taon: ( mabibili sa sports center na malapit sayo or online)
dumbbell (2 lbs or greater dependi sa kaya at comfortable sayo) (2lbs, less than 200pesos only)
Finger gripper (less than 100pesos in Shopee)
Ankle weights ( I used half kilo dito, pwede ka ding gumamit ng 1 kilo)
theraband ( iba-iba ang kulay dependi sa kapal at resistance, mura lng din ito)

Yes maam Materesa, mararamdaman mo talaga benefits nito. Sa ankle weights, if you dont want to buy, kuha ka ng tela at tahiin mo lng, lagyan mo ng 1 kg or half kg ng buhangin. Tapos lagyan mo ng velcro tulad ng nasa video and do the movement na pinakita ko. Maganda yan sa hip at tuhod mo.

You are most welcome Sir Gardo, sundan mo lng ito. This is complete for all major muscle groups sa katawan. Increase mo lng ang weights mo for dumbbells and ankle weights depending on what is comfortable sayo.

ako po ay 88 yrso na. nakapanood ako sainyo kanina at nakasunod pa rin ako sa mga exercise kahit hirap ako at walang mga gadgets. Lagi lang po ako nakaupo, nakawalker at hindi nakakalabas kaya hindi ako naarawan at nakakalanghap ng sariwang hangin. Dra tulumgan nyo ako, gusto ko pa po makatayo at makalakad ng wala walker. Ano po ba ang pwede ko pa magawa.
Start ka sa exercises na ito maam Myrna, hindi ka makatayo ng maayos pag mahina muscles mo. Pabili ka ng weights sa kamag anak mo online kahit isa2 lng. Pa araw ka rin, kailangan mo ng natural Vitamin D from sunlight para sa buto, muscles at immunity mo.
