I" m 70 yrs . Old .Hope i can maintain my strong muscle . Until now i can jump , claim staircase and my hobby like planting vegetables .Most of the time i wake uo early because waking up late for me makes me lazy and not in good mode. Thank you Doc Cherry. I'm 73 yrs old and have osteoporosis ,spinal stenosis, right knee osteoarthritis that give me leg weakness,back pain and sciatica or numbness in my left leg. It is hard for me to sit to stand,kneeling and I walk slowly in short distances. I have stagnant lifestyle here in Florida since 2018 when I came. Because I don't work and drive.But thanks God for the good medical care I have been receiving.
Hi maam Rosalinda, oo I understand, medyo challenging talaga to stay active in the US if you don't drive. Have you had Physio? You can arrange one and ask if you can have home visits, that way you will be guided and assisted with your home treatment plan.

Thanks for your concern and advice Doc Cherry. I have done PT last year but not enough to improve my conditions. Now that I have Medicaid and Medicare benefits I will schedule my PT for this year at least once a week. I am allowed 20 visits a year. I also take advantage of the lyft service from my insurance so I will not burden my siblings .Thanks God 😊 for all the blessings 🙏. I am 69 yrs old. Can do zumba everyday. Climb the stairs 4th floor. I take Mega B Complex, CQ10, Vit C. 74 years old na po ako doc nararanssan ko na po ngayon ang pang hihina ng mga binti ko, masakit po ang psglalakad at nahihirapan po na makatayo. Nag pa check na po ako sa doctor, medyo mababa po ang hemoglabin ko. Medyo mataas uric acid ko. Niresetahan na po ako ng ferrous sulfate at b- complex po sa pamamanhid ng binti ko. Pero ngayon nga po ay ang hirap kong tumayo at umupo, maglakad kc nga po parang ngalay na ngalay ang mga binti ko. Hindi ko po kaya magpa theraphy kc po sa kakulangan pang bayad sa therapist. Maraming bitamina at minerals ang makukuha sa dahon ng malunggay mas nabisa pa ito sa mga nabibiling mga bitamina na nabibili sa botika ang maganda pa ito ay natural at mura pa at madaling gawin. Subukan mo at walang mawawala sa iyo.

Im 69 yo but i thank God for my existence. I have no major illness, sometimes i feel aches n pain but i consider it as part of aging process. I do exercise nowadays and i realized the importance of it, bcoz it really help bcome more active & i dont really take problems too serious rather i just take it easy. My policy in life now is i want peace of mind. Never to dwell on the negativity.

69 yrs old nko at 7 times stroke survivor. Ang last ay na bed redden ako for almost 2 years pero sa awa ng diyos naka recover ako at nakakalakad. If not sa nabalu kong boto sa may balakang na pinalitan ng stainless siguro normal pa rin akong maglakad.
