      . CHERRY, very weĺl explained, I'm turning 75 retired but preferred to work as part- timer to keep moving around. Yes, I noticed muscle weaknesses specially at my knees and shoulders but I follow some exercises for the seniors, it helps me feel better.❤

    These is my inspiration in healthy life.

    At 65 & 9 months nasa timbang in-between 141-146 pounds.
    Morning routine scraping tongue to get bacteria out that accumulates habang natutulog.
    Tapos inom ng 3x 330 ml na tubig b4 desayuno para itulak ang meals kahapon.
    Jog around the house then released. Tapos inom ulit ng 2 baso tapos pede nang kumain ng agahan, no sinangag, no langgonisa, no hotdogs, no dosage, no Delimondo.
    Tapos waxing ng sasakyan (California).
    Not really concern hô sa muscle and no gym membership.
    Techniques sa pag akyat patagilid para no gravity struggle.
    As a career of Reflexologist...I maintain without prescriptions, no maintenance and not even vitamins. Ayos naman hô sa major check up, no polyps sa colon. Not even surgeries.
    Kulang lang hô sa tulog kakacomment kay Guo Hua Ping.

    I" m 70 yrs . Old .Hope i can maintain my strong muscle . Until now i can jump , claim staircase and my hobby like planting vegetables .Most of the time i wake uo early because waking up late for me makes me lazy and not in good mode. I'm thank ful that i open your page and most of all it's a good way of keeping seniors strong even in times of being alone.

    Thank you Doc Cherry. I'm 73 yrs old and have osteoporosis ,spinal stenosis, right knee osteoarthritis that give me leg weakness,back pain and sciatica or numbness in my left leg. It is hard for me to sit to stand,kneeling and I walk slowly in short distances. I have stagnant lifestyle here in Florida since 2018 when I came. Because I don't work and drive.But thanks God for the good medical care I have been receiving.

      Thanks for your concern and advice Doc Cherry. I have done PT last year but not enough to improve my conditions. Now that I have Medicaid and Medicare benefits I will schedule my PT for this year at least once a week. I am allowed 20 visits a year. I also take advantage of the lyft service from my insurance so I will not burden my siblings .Thanks God 😊 for all the blessings 🙏. And thank you for your helpful videos to help seniors to be functional and independent. God bless and more power !❤❤❤

    I am 69 yrs old. Can do zumba everyday. Climb the stairs 4th floor. I take Mega B Complex, CQ10, Vit C.     74 years old na po ako doc nararanssan ko na po ngayon ang pang hihina ng mga binti ko, masakit po ang psglalakad at nahihirapan po na makatayo. Nag pa check na po ako sa doctor, medyo mababa po ang hemoglabin ko. Medyo mataas uric acid ko. Niresetahan na po ako ng ferrous sulfate at b- complex po sa pamamanhid ng binti ko. Pero ngayon nga po ay ang hirap kong tumayo at umupo, maglakad kc nga po parang ngalay na ngalay ang mga binti ko. Hindi ko po kaya magpa theraphy kc po sa kakulangan pang bayad sa therapist.       Subukan mong uminom ng moringatea powder subok ko na ito ako ay 70 years old at nararamdaman ko na nakakatulong ito sa aking katawan madali ka naman gumawa nito kung may tanim kang malunggay piliin mo lang yong hindi masyadong magulang na dahon at patuyuin mo mga tatlo o apat na araw hangang lumutong na at pwede ng pulbusin na pwede ng ihalo sa mainit na tubig ang pinulbos na dahon ng malunggay mga kalahating kutsarita bawat isang baso sa umaga at sa gabi.     Napapansin ko nga doc Chery na yung mga seniors, nag sa-sag ang mga muscle. Yung biceps, triceps, yung mga laman sa leeg, pati yung muscle sa muka, kaya may eye bugs. Pati ngipin nalalagas pati buhok. Ang analysis ko dito dok, ewan ko lang kung tama, pero sa tingin ko kaya bumabagsak ang mga muscle ng seniors ay dahil mina-magnet na ng lupa ang mga katawan lupa ng seniors. Parang hinihila na ng lupa. Tama ba ako doc?
    By the way, 66 na ako sa Sept, pero parang 40 lang ang feeling. Single ako now kaya may crush ako na 43 years old na beautiful girl

    Maganda po kayo mag paliwanag ako po ay 71 yrs old , Meron ako diabetes , mild stroke . Athletic ako noong kabataan Marthon runner at ngayon ay Yoga class na Lang na pag alam ko na mas maganda ang yoga sa Senior I’m doing it for 7 nag bibigay lakas at move myself normally .

    68 yrs old na po ako hirap po Ako maglakad dahil osteoarthritis Po at may gaut pa, madalas din pong pulikatin ang paa ko hanggang binti. Hirap na pumanik panaog sa hagdan.     Thank God Dr. Cherry I'm turning 61 yrs.old on June 22 this year but I've enough strength to do daily works, minsan kumikirot kirot balikat q pro kpg nkapagrest na aq konting massage massage lng by myself nawawala rin nman...sa mga tuhod q salamat sa Dios na buhay indi qp naranasan Ang mga pananakit...
    My secret ingat sa katawan Indi aq nagbabasa sa Gabi after the whole day works,and eat more on veggies lalo na malunggay & other leafy veggies,then in the morning I see to it that i can stay 10-15 mins under the sun Pra makuha Ng vit. D, at I do exercise stretching my arms & legs, above all these things I pray to God everyday to keep me healthy & strong...to keep away from diseases. Our lifestyle may helps a lot...     Im 69 yo but i thank God for my existence. I have no major illness, sometimes i feel aches n pain but i consider it as part of aging process. I do exercise nowadays and i realized the importance of it, bcoz it really help bcome more active & i dont really take problems too serious rather i just take it easy. My policy in life now is i want peace of mind. Never to dwell on the negativity.

    Doc Cherry I like your talk . I am 75 yo and to maintain my muscle strength I use treadmill on a low pace for half hr 6 days in week and I feel great! Ya I wish that seniors change their sedentary lifestyle if they want to have long life! As you said Doc Cherry eat lots of protein, veggies, fruits and water and no sugary drinks!     Doc Cherry im 71 years old at nalampasan ko po ang dalawang cancer una sarcoma yuong pangalawa prostate cancer at inalis na din po ang aking gall bladder sa awa po ng Dios im still strong and can travel anywhere wala po bawal sakin pero maingat po ako sa pagkain at may daily exercise po ako i maintain my bodyweight sa pamamagitan po ng pagkain ng prutas at gulay and fish at less meat po minsan po na nainvite ako to share how i cope up and survived sa dalawang cancer at apat na operation

    69 yrs old nko at 7 times stroke survivor. Ang last ay na bed redden ako for almost 2 years pero sa awa ng diyos naka recover ako at nakakalakad. If not sa nabalu kong boto sa may balakang na pinalitan ng stainless siguro normal pa rin akong maglakad. At time na hinde pa ako makalakad, panonood ng vedio mo Dok ang libangan ko at marami akong natutunan. Thanks Doc Cherry and God Bless.
