Young Living vs doTERRA- Which Is Better?

Hot topic alert! Everyone's asking this so I'm weighing in. Watch the video to find out where I stand.
For me, it comes down to two differences. SOURCING and TESTING.
SOURCING
Young Living: Young Living's model is to own their farms to ensure purity. I am uncomfortable with this because I think that the temptation for collusion is too strong! Personally, I don't want the oil company I purchase from to own their farms.
doTERRA: doTERRA works with local farmers around the world where the plants are grown indigenously. By not owning the farms they are creating thousands of jobs and empowering local people.
TESTING
Young Living: The two tests done on their essential oils are Gas Chromatography (GC) and Gas Chromatography Mass Spectrometer (GC MS). These are basic, fundamental tests, but in my opinion aren't sufficient for catching adulterations and impure essential oils.
doTERRA: These same two tests, GC and GC MS, are performed on doTERRA's oils as well as 6 other extensive tests. doTERRA knows that essential oil adulterations are becoming more and more advanced all the time. The 8 tests they are performing give me great confidence in their oils.
That's all I will say about this issue! My decision to use doTERRA essential oils for myself and my family has been made with great confidence in doTERRA and the work they are doing to bring pure essential oils to every home!
