    Nice one Josh. Will be copying this asap. Any more info on how you integrate rest days and other recovery tips (apart from freezing your ass in a freezer) would be cool. #payhim

    What’s a good substitution for the bike erg? And @ what resistance should I set a bike at? All I have at my current gym are spin bikes and stationary bikes…

    So, after the first 2:30 you go to the lunge and ttb. Do you start a second 2:30 count down after going back to the bike or the count down start at 5:00? Meaning when I get back to bike I look at timer and figure out my next 2:30 or automatically doing lunges at 2:30, 5:00, 7:30 etc.

      After the first 2:30 you get of do the lunges & 15 T2B, hop back on until the clock strikes 5:00 the rinse an repeat until you bike 5k. The explanation is around the 7:15 mark or so if you want to review it…
