    I train by myself and alone most of time . And working out every is now a habit, and I even have some tile new experience like squash or krav maga recently , which were a good test for my fitness level ( and it's not bad , quite better since I began Your pay him 30 program)

    I really want to get back into CrossFit!! Just don’t have the equipment. What’s the best cheap entry level equipment?

      Look up Josh’s programming. He has some that involves minimal equipment. Or try the body weight program

      I went from having a full blast gym and even had a climbing rope to living in a bachelor pad with zero room. All I have is 2 -50lb dumbbells, some bands and I get some gross workouts in.

      Decathlon does a dumbbell and bars weight training kit which includes 93kg/205lbs of weight plates, the only downside is the bars are 28mm but good enough for £170/$200. I'd recommend.

    that is great. josh cross fit says that the usual crossfit movements are not any good if you are try8int to get something out of it. jb says regular crossfit movements are meaningless except for crossfit. this is why you cannot gain any followers, josh. crossfit is niche garbage. you are wasting your life.
