    For episode 100, idea:
    An EMOM, with a rep count down from 100. For example: Every minute do 15 cal ski, and max burpees. Go until you complete 100 burpees. The slower you go, the more pain you bring on yourself. Accruing interest as they might say 💵 👌, gotta pay the man off early!

    Death by cals Emom to would be good on row, echo bike, ski, rest. 10,12,14 etc etc increasing each round to failure. Be really interesting to see where two beasts like Josh and “Tim” would get too. 💪

    As far as your 100th episode workout goes. . . I've liked many of the workouts from the "Four Horseman" program. You can find it on line. You could do things that involve the number 100. You could put some swimming in there. Road biking. Carries. See if you can use "The Ranch" property and do your workout there. Challenge some other Crossfit athletes in the workout. Do something odd like digging a fox hole. Good luck! I look forward to seeing it.
