    Josh!! I need advice bro , I’m a roofer business owner, business is a year old, I love to train but my body is having a hard time, idk how to let go of some of the more badass parts of training to just realize to just train to work instead of trying to kill my self in the gym then injuring myself(right knee is fubar) what’s your advice on coming to the conclusion of letting the pride go and training for more longevity of physical fitness? Thanks bro
