I really wish I could just paint something like that without thinking too much about it, every time I try to paint something I start thinking it wont look as good as the real thing and I just lose all motivation and put everything away. Maybe it helps to think that your art is not supposed to be the real thing. It is your interpretation and no one else can draw/paint the thing just like you do. Try to find the beauty in your drawings and focus on the things you like about your art.😉
I recommend you to take it slow, just listen to a music and draw as you wish. Remember that whatever you draw, it is your best and you can always improve your skills as long as you are impatient.

I recommend it. Gouache is great, it can function as both watercolor and acrylics.
