I'm back painting another Studio Ghibli movie scene, this time is my all-time favourite: Spirited Away !!
I particularly like this part of the movie where Chihiro and her parents explore the eerie food street, especially when the sun sets and the ghosts appear, the streets were lit up with lanterns and filled with steam coming from the kitchen.
So I decided to paint one of the food stalls seen in the movie, and during the painting process, I realised that there are so many details and layers of work in just one scene, which prompted me to put an extra amount of effort and dedication in adding the details and refining the painting. I usually don't comment but I love your work! The colors are so vibrant and it looked just liked in the movie. Spirited Away has a special place in my heart since it was the first Studio Ghilbi movie I've ever watched, it was recommended by my dear friend. amazing! you could try using a gel medium to make the paint more transparent instead of water! I know sketchbooks with higher gm are more expensive! but your art is amazing, worth the investiment in better quality paper❤❤
