After a month of use of Dissim, the lighter wouldn't ignite every time I used it. I contacted their customer service to see if I could get a replacement, and they told me it was impossible for the lighter to be faulty. I tossed it in the trash and never looked back.

And guess what, the vegan leather desk mat “feature”, which is also advertised everywhere, is so silly. You can hide pieces of paper under any desk mat 😂 So silly they have this “feature”.
