Brett looks like he's remembering the war and his fallen brothers

I was thinking the samee!!! 😂😂😂😂
I thought he was spacing out and not really paying attention 😂
Hahahaha
Diego Perez yeah same 😂😂
Sometimes we forget about how good twoset actually is at playing the violin and how good Editor-san is at being Editor-san.
I'll seem really dumb asking that, but is editor-san really an other person ? ;_;
Please dont forget Subtitler San
I thought san you add after the names was Japanese, not Chinese but everyone uses it. Is everyone automatically assuming words from manga can be adopted towards Chinese or is San an actual term in Chinese as well. This is the only thing in the comments that disturbs me as a Japanese, because I am kind of annoyed about always being generalized along with Chinese.
@@hamstersdailylife4938
I don't think anyone in the comments think Asian = Chinese = Japan, "they all have slanted eyes, right ?", if that's what you're annoyed about.
Brett and Eddy are Taiwanese-Australian, but they have followers from all over the world, including many Asian countries, each one with its culture. So, people watching their videos are perfectly aware that Chinese and Japanese are different.
It's just that Brett and Eddy like Japan, they were there several times and Eddy speaks a little bit of Japanese (just basic conversation skills, he isn't fluent at all). They're both into manga and anime and sometimes like using its codes. That's why their editors are called "Editor-san", their violins "violin-chan", and the musicians they look up to "senpai".
It's also because their editors are anonymous. Since we know almost nothing about who they are, calling them "Editor-san" is a way to give them a name, so that us followers can talk to and about them in the comments. Same goes for those who write the subtitles, fans are just trying to show their appreciation for their work by calling them "Subtitler-san".
I can totally understand why it can annoy you as a Japanese, but just be sure than people in the comments aren't trying to disrespect your culture, nor do they think that all Asian people use "-san" when talking about others.
I hope that helped. 😊
I'm the 1k liker and I'm genuinely so happy that I have the power to make it from 999 to 1k

I feel like Editor-san severely underestimates twoset fans. This is what we've been training for every time we tell ourselves we're going to watch just one more video.
But then we can’t practice as long as we shouuld! 😂
A little
According to this theory, we all can be twoset’s editor
I WANT TO STARE AT EDDY FOR OVER AN HOUR
The funny thing is that I didn’t even see that note cuz I was busy staring at Eddy😂

@@chrysler1283 Thanks lol
To be fair, he's studied this shit so he knows how to compose. He just doesn't do it mainly cuz my boy's a player.
the emptiness in brett's eyes when eddy is playing is killin me
me trying to socialize
It's like he just turns his eyes off sometimes
Brett's looking inwards, focusing his mind on his hearing, trying to hear every nuance that Eddy's doing. So, it's okay that his eyes are empty because he is wrapped up in Eddy's playing. I get that way sometimes too.

Brett could barely keep his eyes open. Please name the piece "Brett's Lullaby."

Yeah. A villager girl having a peaceful life in the countryside, as you said 8:17 Then she has to move to a big town 9:16 and on her first day, she was overwhelmed 9:49 . And that night, she missed her dearest village but she couldn’t do anything 10:31 . She fall asleep after that 11:10 . The end of Eddy’s piece is like a lullaby, dreamy and so relievable.

Legit thoughts while listening:
The melancholy start: a prisoner (editor-san) is finally released and leaves prison (the basement)
The pick up in tempo: the prisoner (editor-san) living the exciting life outside but this quickly loses its allure
The return to the melancholy theme: when they realise they'd rather be back where they started, watching 40h of twoset a day

I love Eddy's composition, even though it sounds anxious to me.
I love Brett's empty stare, when we know that it's his way to appreciate things.
And I love Editor-san for making this video even better.
I feel like when someone does a challenge like this you really get to know the person's personality through the way they compose. Since there's so little the this is really raw towards his style
Why didn't Brett play the composed music? And give his artistic interpretation on eddy's composition as y'all do to Mozart, handle and bach not forgetting paganini
I know this is probably a typo but *Handel
Because they can do it in another video... more content for them

Laurie Lei legit was what I was about to say
handle 😂😂
Editor San: no one wants to stare at Eddy for over an hour
Me: *are you sure about that*
The tip was to apply to be an editor
How to compose:
Step 1 improvise
Step 2 realize it sounds kinda like something that’s already a thing...
Step 3 change it a little so no one notices
Step 4 write it down
Step 5 copy paste (vary dynamics/tempo/voicing)
Congratulations! You’re a composer.
“A good composer borrows, a great composer steals” - Igor Stravinsky
Actually that's quite valid, if you only have a short time
You forgot the Word "pop" before composer
Marco Ponzio nah, that’s too complex for popular music
This is actually my favorite two set video. For some reason eddy’s piece transports me to a little cottage in northern France. Woodsmoke thick in the air, a cozy fire crackling, the chill of autumn just beginning to set in. It fills me with a strange sort of warmth I can’t exactly describe. I really wish eddy would release a track of this at some point, I’d love to listen to it on its own. Thank you eddy for this powerful piece! Definitely a 1/1 😂

The composition makes me imagine being in 1800's Europe, under a tree near a lavender and cotton field with a windmill in the background. Whilst resting on the tree, some horse carriages pass by and I raise my straw hat to them and they raise their hats back.
