Love it! I have a dynamic stretch routine that is all small targeted full range of motion..now i have one for big wide movements. I tend to stick with these, i got pavels super joints like 20 years ago, still going... Stoked to work on memorizing this tomorrow!

Just stumbled on your videos via shorts. Love them. Would you be able to make one specific to tennis (even the more generalizable plyos you might use across sports). I've found it really difficult finding a solid tennis plyo workout.
Please, make full plyo workouts or plyometric warmups?

Hey, ive recently started doing plyos to get my vert up. Should i swing my arm for extra height when i jump, or should i not use them for more leg activation?

Dude, i bought your plyometric program and it works wonders on the first month. Do i need to alternate with old school non-explosive lifting or stick only to plyometrics? I only interested in jumping higher not getting bigger
