As a mid 40s female I like to use those muscles and help prepare and protect my body for later years! ...have to say, I LOVED the music!! - I had just finished mopping floors to the soundtrack of Lipstick on Your Collar so the 50s/60s blended well today!! Hi Tiffany!!! This is a wonderful workout that I can adjust my weights to. It is perfect. So happy that the shoulder work is at the end of the workout. I will make those tricep exercises since no shoulder work. Love that this workout has no squats or lunges! Perfect!!! Love the format, need more, please😁😁😁 Update: I officially just finished the workout and it was amazing! The 3 pound weights are a game changer (but I have horrible upper body strength😊😊😊😊😊😊). Yes, more of these please!

I’m 71 with some ankle and knee issues, though I still have lots of energy. Low impact walking workouts are perfect for me. I’ve done this 50s and 60s routine twice. Now I’m going to check out your other videos!
Great workout! 2 weeks post knee surgery and this was my first workout! Felt so good! The music just makes you want to move! Thank you for what you do! Now I need to ice! But I’ll be back!
