This is awesome! In the past few months, I went from just walking to doing weight training too. So I’m excited for doing more of this. I used 12 lbs for my light and 20 for my heavy. Woo I was sweating! Haha.
Love it, a perfect intro to weights - I’d love more videos like this getting progressively longer and or more challenging- for now this is a good level for me .
