    How long does it take to get through Trauma when you had trauma for 40 plus years of trauma from a Narrissist mother and ex boyfriends, please I've been trying to figure it out and trying to recover my myself?? Sharon Johnston (Forgotten tears) to (JOYFUL TEARS)🙏🔥👑🥀🌹🌷💐💖

      It depends a lot on your health, current stressors and the effectiveness of the professionals you are working with and strategies you are implementing. I wish I could be more concrete. I don't want to really set time parameters because that would intensify the stress. I encourage my patients instead of trying to figure out when you will be "recovered" embrace the micro improvements each day,

    I disagree with people’s purpose for their occupation. That’s more realistic for educated people who trained for a specific occupation versus people who are getting whatever jobs are available to them whether it be due to geography (lack of job variety), a majority of low wage jobs in the community, etc. I have done both, and am currently working at the job I could get not the job I wanted despite being educated.

    I'm tried of being triggered and I don't know when it's going to happen. I live with ex mother in law who are trigged me and I feel like she want me to read her mind or get the slam door when I don't do or be what she wants me to Do are what I'm supposed to do. It's on going no matter how I try I can't feel save after I have heard her talk about me , it takes me back to my mom and her and my daughter are just like my mother. If I don't know why I feel like I'm only here to watch my granddaughter every Friday night, Saturday and Monday for three years I just want to leave because I need to working on me. They think I should be healed and I'm not?? Forgotten tears to (JOYFUL TEARS) help me to see if they can't respect my boundaries All the time . I'm not the divorved parent for my daughter may be a milgent Narrissist and Wanda is trapping me. I'm ready to sleep under a bridge. (Forgotten tears) to (JOYOUS TEARS) Sharon Johnston 🙏🔥👑🥀🌹🌷💐💖

    I have no idea how to get a huge organization, filled with people with many differing beliefs, can become mentally healthy. I work for a very large health oriented organization, and I am triggered by people on my own team, and especially by my team leader. This sucks because I NEED my job. Higher ups have a cultural formula for our organization, but “real” culture is made up of all the real people. The quiet friction that emanates between people feels scary.

    I am very triggered by the strong personalities at my “forward thinking” health origination. I need my job, but the thousands of employees define the culture not the nicely designed cultural initiative of my company. You can’t bring thousands of people together, throw them into teams, tell them you promote emotional safety, etc. when the employees are at varying levels of healing. My anxiety gets worse every week, and I am a remote employee. People show their approval/disapproval by consistently paying attention to some people’s posts on Teams while consistently ignoring others’. Or, online comments show approval/disapproval among team members. Opinions and world views flourish instead of love. Even love is defined differently by different people. Some Christians use “tough love” aka shame as motivation while others are too hands off. This is crazy-making. How the heck can a person find a job, in the world that actually is healthy? Most Christians I know wouldn’t even believe in your talk even though you produce Bible oriented talks. I left the church due to traumas from these “Christians” who are now everywhere!! I am so triggered by their over intensity and risky behaviors even though I was a devoted evangelical Christian for 10 years. No place for me on this planet.
