For all those Mary and Catholic haters, who leave their opinion here: If you read carefully the accounts about intervention and participation of Mary in the Gospels as well as the meaning of prophecies in the Old Testament and Revelation then you could probably understand the importance Christ himself and the primitive Church gave to Her. If you really want to learn search for a conference given by Dr. Scott Hahn (ex protestant minister) about Mary. You must understand that it is offensive to Christ to reject and disrespect His Mother as protestants do. Who on earth would be happy seeing his alleged 'friends' mocking and ridiculing his dear and beloved Mother? Did you know that even Martin Luther loved and defended Our Lady Mother of Christ?

5:11 I remember when I saw a vision of her when I was 3 years old. I was watching The Miracle of Fatima on ABC. This was a repeat of the original 1951 movie. And when I looked up from the T.V. I saw Mary. But she looked different than the Mary on the T.V. She said to me in English, "Watch". Thinking back, she reminded me of what Gal Galdot looks like now, her face was slightly more screeched, with a longer Hebrew nose. And her face was more plump. ❤

    Look at this Psalms.
    Psalms 45: 10-17
Listen, daughter, and pay careful attention:
Forget your people and your father’s house.
    11
    Let the king be enthralled by your beauty;
honor him, for he is your lord.
    12
The city of Tyre will come with a gift,[d]
people of wealth will seek your favor.
    13
    All glorious is the princess within her chamber;
her gown is interwoven with gold.
    14
    In embroidered garments she is led to the king;
    her virgin companions follow her-
those brought to be with her.
    15
Led in with joy and gladness,
they enter the palace of the king.
    16
    Your sons will take the place of your fathers;
you will make them princes throughout the land.
    17
    I will perpetuate your memory through all generations;
therefore the nations will praise you for ever and ever.
Whose memory is perpetuated throught all generations? Who is this King?
    lets go to Luke 1:46-49
    46 And Mary said:
    “My soul glorifies the Lord
    47
and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
    48
    for he has been mindful
of the humble state of his servant.
From now on all generations will call me blessed,
    49
for the Mighty One has done great things for me-
    holy is his name.

It makes sense that Luke would've gotten the opportunity to paint Mary, as his gospel probably talks about her the more than the other ones, especially from before Jesus was born, so the story regarding John the Baptist's father, probably would've been told to Luke through Mary, alongside the Annunciation, the Visitation, the prophecy of Simeon, and the finding of Jesus in the temple.

How do you get to hell?
Very simple: claim that you're innocent.
How do you get to heaven?
Very simple: Admit that you're not Innocent, you're guilty and ask for mercy.
How to know if you're guilty or not?
Simply: Compare your life to the Ten Commandments God gave you in the Bible.
Everyone agrees that if people followed the ten commandments there would be no need for governments or police.
    Do not lie.
    Do not steal.
    Do not commit adultery.
Do not insult God by using his name as a cuss word.
There are six more but let's just leave it at that.
How many lies have you told in your life?
Have you ever taken anything that didn't belong to you?
Jesus said, if you look at a women lustfully you've already committed adultery in your heart with that woman.
How many times a day do you do that?
Do you use God's name as a cuss word?
Would you do that with your own mother's name?
If you answer these questions honestly you know that you're guilty.
God can justly punish you and send you to hell.
    Ask him for mercy.
    His name is Jesus.
It's as simple as this, The Ten Commandments are called the moral law. You and I broke God's laws. Jesus paid the fine.
    The fine is death.
    Ezekiel 18:20 -
"The soul who sins shall die.
That's why Jesus had to die on the cross for our sins. This is why God is able to give us Mercy.
    Option A.
You die for your own sins.
    Option B.
Ask for mercy and accept that Jesus died on the cross for you.
I said it was "very simple" and indeed it is but there are more details and you can find them in the New Testament. If we accept God's simple offer of mercy we must believe him, if we believe him we must love him, if we love him we will obey him.
    *John 14:15 ESV -
“If you love me, you will keep my commandments.*

    *Honest questions are welcome.*

I strongly adjure you to read the letters of the Apostolic Fathers of the Church for they were actually taught by and ordained as Bishops by the Apostles! Read the Didachē written 70 AD (some Apostles still alive then) which is the "Teachings of the Twelve Apostles". In addition you need to include as part of your education and historical facts, the letters of the Early Church Fathers. They were taught and ordained by the successors of the Apostles!
All these writings and teachings hundreds of years before the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, under guidance of the Holy Spirit, determined the 73 books of the canon of sacred scripture.
Repent and leave your herecital denomination.

      P.S.
Read the words of Jesus and heed them:
      John 6:53
Then Jesus said to them, “Most assuredly, I say to you, *unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in you.*
Ask yourself: Do you really obey Jesus and take heed of His teachings/commands?
      Jesus declared in John 6:48-54
48 I am the bread of life. 49 Your ancestors ate the manna in the wilderness, and they died. 50 This is the bread that comes down from heaven, so that one may eat of it and not die. 51 I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever; and the bread that I will give for the life of the world is my flesh.”
52 The Jews then disputed among themselves, saying, “How can this man give us his flesh to eat?” 53 So Jesus said to them, “Very truly, I tell you, *unless* *you* *eat* *the* *flesh* of the Son of Man *and* *drink* *his* *blood* , *you* *have* *no* *life* *in* *you* . 54 *Those* *who* *eat* *my* *flesh* *and* *drink* *my* *blood* *have* *eternal* *life* , and I will raise them up on the last day; 55 for *my* *flesh* *is* *true* *food* and *my* *blood* *is* *true* *drink* .
Take note of Jesus's next true words: whom abides in Jesus and whom does Jesus abide in?
*56* Those who *eat* my *flesh* and *drink* my *blood* *abide* *in* *me* , and *I* *in* *them* .
Very clear! Jesus's body and blood is True food and true drink.
Ask yourself with utmost sincerity: Do you want to remain amongst those in vs 6:66, whom abandoned Jesus, or to abide in Jesus and have Him abide in you? Have life or no life? Take note of the relevance of that number: 666!
      Amen

I saw Mary mother of God in either my dream or real life happening. She is beautiful, and I looked at every detail of her from top of her head to the very bottom of her toes. She stood before me in her perfect beauty as I said in thought how beautiful she is, she did not respond in any way. As I was caught by her perfect clean beauiful body ...pureness shown through to me .She pointed up in the sky over my place of dwelling with family and when I looked up to where she pointed, she was there looking down at our home, with just half of her I seen ...with her arms folded gently. I took this image as a warning somehow for the home. I kept watch for 6 months ,and the house started on fire by a child playing with matches. I saved the child by pulling into the next room of the house, and closed the door quickly. Called the fire dept, and the fire was called a flash fire that took place. So much more detail ,but I am not writing a book on all that happened. She is beautiful, perfect in every way. I could tell, she is not vain.

I've heard this claim before, but don't find it very convincing because the art style used in that particular icon is quite foreign to what a Greek doctor would be familiar with, being more Egyptian.
I honestly think the Panagia of Jerusalem and the Tilma of Guadalupe are the true face of Mary at two stages of life - the Tilma when she was pregnant, the Panagia when she had the toddler Jesus. Both are remarkably similar, both measure the same distance and proportions on all facial features, and both are miraculously produced images not-made-by-human-hands.
Plus St. Paisios the Athonite, an Orthodox monk living on Mount Athos, repeatedly said that the Panagia was the way Mary would appear to him, that no other icon came close.
Regardless of her true appearance, it is truly meet and right to bless the Theotokos, the ever-blessed and all-blameless and the Mother of our God.

And jesus wife was actually the MOST BEAUTIFUL WOMAN IN THE WORLD. Her clothing was made of solid gold and diamonds and precious GEMS! There she was the PERFECTION OF BEAUTY, just like before SIN WAS FOUND IN HER! She was a White woman with BLONDE HAIR, AND her boots were made out of solid gold diamonds and other precious gems, Her body was the perfection of the feminine race and just imagine being made as a PERFECT HUMAN BEAUTY QUEEN SPECIMEN! our human minds cannot even picture how it is humanly impossible to be as HEAVENLY BEAUTIFUL AS THE QUEEN OF HEAVEN WAS/IS...! The claim that Luke made paintings of Mary lacks support from biblical or historical evidence. Neither the Bible nor historical records mention Luke creating paintings of Mary or Jesus. Moreover, given Luke's profession as a physician and writer, it seems improbable that he would have engaged in visual art during his time.
Even if we entertain the notion that these stories about Luke painting Mary are true, it's perplexing that he would depict Mary but not Christ, who was his master, teacher, and Lord. Such a scenario lacks coherence, and it raises questions about when Luke would have found time for such a time-consuming endeavor. As sincere followers of Christ, we should be cautious about entertaining these hearsays, as they may run counter to the teachings of the Lord and even Mary.
While I hold Mary in high esteem for her pivotal role as the mother of Christ, I find the excessive and often illogical veneration of her perplexing. It seems unnecessary to fabricate stories about Mary when her status as the virgin mother of Christ is inherently deserving of respect. We need not resort to embellishments to honor her appropriately.

    The Assumed Queen Mother Inamorata
Evry roman military encampment since 365 BCE has had an infimary called the valetudenaria. By this time, apprenticeship in medicine was already instituted. Young physicians run OJT training and were called Medicus Ordinaii and wer paid minimum wage salary. The physician doing rounds in jerusalem at the time of jesus and mary was a young apprentice named LUKE- the gospel writer. It was early advent of autopsies but medical charts during autopsies was already done on government sanctioned deaths of criminals. As infant and crude as it was, Luke declared jesus dead when water ran with blood during the heart strike of d centurion. He witnessed jesus disappear from d tomb in calcutta and did mention dis in his report. It was a medical anomaly. Dr. Luke also looked after the mother of Jesus christ - Mary. She died of natural causes, but due to family history, dr. luke knew she wud resurrect as well. And he was right thus his conversion and utmost belief in the mother and son partnership in heaven. Hence his investigation of the fading miraculous show-ups of the mother and son figures. This made him paint the Virgin masterpiece which was by this time now saintly hallowed on the head by virtue of post-death ascension as depicted in the vatican walls dating back to 1st century AD. The image is now the ultimate defense in the historicity of mother mary's heavenly veto power.

Mary was blessed and got to kiss the face of God. Mary also needed Jesus as her savior he died for all of us. After Jesus Mary and Joseph had children James is one of them he has a chapter in the bible. Mary is not at the right hand of God as that's Jesus God's son who died for us. So yes Mary was blessed can you imagine baby Jesus and raising God.

No, you're wrong. Mary remained ever-virgin and even the bible never says she had other children. Also, when you actually take care to read the bible properly, you will see parents of James and John mentioned, as those of the others. James (also called "James the Greater", the first Apostle to be martyred) and his brother John (the beloved Apostle) are the sons of Zebedee and Salome.
The other James (called also James the Less) is the brother of Joseph (aka Joses), whose mother is the other Mary (relative of blessed Mother Mary), wife of Clopas (their father). James the Less became the leader of the Church in Jerusalem.

A miraculous incident, and it is my obligation to say it and others have the right to know,I am from Qatar, and I saw the image of the Jesus Christ on the ceiling of my room, where He manifested April 2016 His face is a little long, white and color not dark of light beard with head hair lies on top shoulders. The eyes are sharp, and beautiful features resemble the people of the Middle East, The picture was very super clear, which astonished and surprised me. At first I was asleep and suddenly woke up to bear witness to the situation,I thought there is some likeness in the very slight of my friend , but a quick inspiration came to me. He is Jesus , all of this took a few seconds was enough, not knowing how the disappearance occurred happened once ,hence what in my real scene have to say this the Christ looks other than this i do not know.Translate Arabic to English using Google,

*And we can assume that Mary was not very attractive because Jesus was not very attractive* -- see Isaiah 53:2 -- *and we know that Jesus got ALL of his physical appearance/DNA from his physical mother* (Luke 3:23-39) -- the real Mary looks NOTHING like your "beautiful statue faces" of "Mary".

When she appears to the faithful, we gather up all the love in our hearts, rvery sweet memory, every memory of every bit of love and evry happy thought, and THAT make Her Unseable Glory visible to us. Everyone who has seen Mary has seen an apparition throgh the eyes of Love and Faith and Piery
Whatever is most pure and lovely, is the lens that filters Her.

I was raised Catholic and I’ve been Catholic my whole life. I recently had a revelation of sorts and decided I needed to read the Bible and get back to the word of God. I’ve been uncovering some uncomfortable truths. The Catholic religion is not what you think it is. Their teachings directly contradict the word of God. They are not teaching you to find Jesus and get to Heaven. They have construed the meaning of the Bible to fit their traditions. The fact that they pray to and idolize Mary is a big one the commandments directly forbid this. Through my research I realized the apparitions of Mary is a demonic deception. The Vatican has also been infiltrated by Satan. I’m just saying this as a warning because I am worried about your souls. Please read the Bible and get back to the word of God. This isn’t about religion, it’s about following Jesus Christ.

@@patrickwalsh2497 I’m just trying to help you. God is clear and says he does not want us praying to anyone but him. He does not want us to make any idols of anything from Heaven. That right there should be enough to tell you that the apparitions of Mary were not from God because he does not contradict himself. But there’s more,
      2 Corinthians 11:14
And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.
      Mathew 7:15
Beware of false prophets. Who will come to you in sheep’s clothing but inside are ravenous wolves.
      Mathew 24:11
And many false prophets will appear and deceive many people.
Goddess worship goes back thousands of years. It was linked to the pagans who worship Satan. Praying to Mary and calling her the queen of heaven is worshipping her, a goddess, and placing her above Jesus. See how it is starting to sound like the apparitions of Mary were actually Satan in disguise?
Many researchers have made a connection between UFOs and demonic possession. UFOs are fallen angels. All the accounts from Fatima closely resemble accounts from people who have seen or been abducted by UFOs. Again, we have a connection to demons, Satan.
I’m sorry this is upsetting to you, but I need to warn you of this. This was a deception by the Devil to make you go against gods word and pray to ‘Mary’ thereby sinning. It’s a subtle but evil trick.
Jesus warned us about this happening in scripture. Please consider what I said and research on your own. The apparitions of Mary are not the same Mary from the Bible and they did not come from Heaven. Please repent and go back to Jesus.

Listen, daughter, and pay careful attention:
Forget your people and your father’s house.
      11
      Let the king be enthralled by your beauty;
honor him, for he is your lord.
      12
The city of Tyre will come with a gift,[d]
people of wealth will seek your favor.
      13
      All glorious is the princess within her chamber;
her gown is interwoven with gold.
      14
      In embroidered garments she is led to the king;
      her virgin companions follow her-
those brought to be with her.
      15
Led in with joy and gladness,
they enter the palace of the king.
      16
      Your sons will take the place of your fathers;
you will make them princes throughout the land.
      17
      I will perpetuate your memory through all generations;
therefore the nations will praise you for ever and ever.
Whose memory is perpetuated throught all generations? Who is this King?
      lets go to Luke 1:46-49
      46 And Mary said:
      “My soul glorifies the Lord
      47
and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,
      48
      for he has been mindful
of the humble state of his servant.
From now on all generations will call me blessed,
      49
for the Mighty One has done great things for me-
      holy is his name.
Nothing here were worship, but exclamation of her beauties that God created at His highly favored creature that would and had received the Word of God within her womb. By the fruits you will know the tree. Light and dark cannot mix, God would never be aloung darkness and impure.
God Bless you brother/sister. Remember what the purest said once, after saying about people's problem to Her Son: "Do whatever He says"

    Jesus. 335
    Mary. 1
Mary was so important to the apostles when they were writing their letters to the New Testament churches that she was only mentioned once after Jesus had ascended to heaven. (Acts 1:14)
Jesus on the other hand was named 335 times. Mary was clearly unimportant to the early apostles. She has no role in salvation. She was an honorable young woman from Nazareth. She obeyed God.

      1.
Scripture does **not** teach the idea that we need to send anyone for us to the throne of God to ask for grace or mercy, anyone including Mary. On the contrary, we are warmly invited to approach God's throne.
      Hebrews 4:14-16 ESV -
*Since then we have a great high priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus, the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but one who in every respect has been tempted as we are, yet without sin. Let us then with confidence draw near to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and find grace to help in time of need.*
      2.
That little word "until" shows that Mary was not perpetually a virgin. And, yes, it is in the original Greek. Grammar is not complex.
      Matthew 1:24-25 ESV -
*When Joseph woke from sleep, he did as the angel of the Lord commanded him: he took his wife, but knew her not until she had given birth to a son. And he called his name Jesus.*
      3.
Jesus exalted the word of God and obedience to it above his family members.
      Matthew 12:46-50 ESV -
*While he was still speaking to the people, behold, his mother and his brothers stood outside, asking to speak to him. But he replied to the man who told him, “Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?” And stretching out his hand toward his disciples, he said, “Here are my mother and my brothers! For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother.*
This is a companion passage to Matthew 12.
      Luke 11:27-28 ESV -
*As he said these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, “Blessed is the womb that bore you, and the breasts at which you nursed!” But he said, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and keep it!”*
      4.
She herself glorified her savior. She was not a sinless person.
      Luke 1:47 ESV -
*and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior,*

You are an ignorant of Scripture and Theology. If you read carefully the accounts about intervention and participation of Mary in the Gospels as well as the meaning of prophecies in the books of Genesis and Revelation then you could probably understand the importance Christ himself and the primitive Church gave to Her. If you really want to learn search for a conference given by Dr. Scott Hahn (ex protestant minister) about Mary. It is offensive to Christ to reject and disrespect His Mother as protestants do. Who on earth would be happy seeing his alleged 'friends' mocking and ridiculing his dear and beloved Mother?

@@yourfriendlyneighborhoodin1559you twist sacred scripture and are very ignorant of its meaning. The number of times a person is mentioned in Scripture has no bearing on their importance. Many of the Apostles were not mentioned more than twice, yet they are important to the history of Jesus and His Church. So, let's take your illogical approach and then say that because the devil, satan, (and other aliases) and demons are mentioned hundreds and hundreds of times in the Scriptures, you are claiming these evil entities are then more important?
And read Tobit and Revelation: the holy angels and saints hear and carry our prayers up to God in heaven. The martyrs are also seen in heaven and cry out for vengeance under the altar of God.
