- A documentary on the life of Mary, from her birth to her assumption into heaven.
*Please note. This video refers to " The Gospel of the birth of Mary" . These writings are non canonical and the Catholic church does not endorse them. That being said, to provide context for the early life of Mary these writing's were referred to and utilized. They can be believed or not. Regardless of this, they are very interesting reading to gain some sort of insight and wider perspective into the early life of Mary. It is interesting to note that we have Catholic children's books on the life of Mary which incorporate "The Gospel of the birth of Mary" from prominent Catholic Book producer " St Joseph kids books" ... This particular book was by Father Lovasik S.V.D.

We as a Catholic ask Mother Mary to pray for us. We also ask Saints to pray for us too because they are closer to our Lord Jesus Christ. When we all ask sometimes to our own family or friend to pray for us or we says to our relative and friend we pray for you or… why not asking Holy Mary Mother of our Lord Jesus Christ to pray for us!

We are all born with the original sin Adam and Eve left us with by disobeying God..That's why we were thrown out of the garden of Eden. Read your bible son:)

But they had asked of Moses [even] greater than that and said, "Show us Allah outright," so the thunderbolt struck them for their wrongdoing. Then they took the calf [for worship] after clear evidences had come to them, and We pardoned that. And We gave Moses a clear authority. We raised the Mount over them ˹as a warning˺ for ˹breaking˺ their covenant and said, “Enter the gate ˹of Jerusalem˺ with humility.” We also warned them, “Do not break the Sabbath,” and took from them a firm covenant. They were condemned˺ for breaking their covenant, rejecting Allah(God)’s signs, killing the prophets unjustly, and for saying, “Our hearts are unreceptive!”-it is God Who has sealed their hearts for their disbelief, so they do not believe except for a few-and for their denial and outrageous accusation against Mary, and for boasting, “We killed the Messiah Iesa(jesus), son of Mary, the messenger of God.” But they neither killed nor crucified him-it was only made to appear so. Even those who argue for this ˹crucifixion˺ are in doubt. They have no knowledge whatsoever-only making assumptions. They certainly did not kill him. Rather, God raised him up to Himself. And God is Almighty, All-Wise. Every one of the People of the Book will definitely believe in him before his death. And on the Day of Judgment Iesa(jesus) will be a witness against them.(Al-Quran An-Nisa'[4]153-159) [on Judgment Day] when Allah will say, "O Ieesa(Jesus) Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Holy Spirit [i.e., the angel Gabriel] and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind [from birth] and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic." (Quran Al-Ma'idah [5]:110) He Iesa(Jesus) was only a servant We showed favour to, and made as an example for the Children of Israel.
Had We willed, We could have easily replaced you ˹all˺ with angels, succeeding one another on earth. And his ˹second˺ coming is truly a sign for the Hour. So have no doubt about it, and follow me. This is the Straight Path.
And do not let Satan hinder you, ˹for˺ he is certainly your sworn enemy. When Iesa(Jesus) came with clear proofs, he declared, “I have come to you with wisdom, and to clarify to you some of what you differ about. So fear Allah(God), and obey me. Surely Allah(God) alone˺ is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him˹alone˺. This is the Straight Path.”
Yet their ˹various˺ groups have differed among themselves ˹about him˺, so woe to the wrongdoers when they face the torment of a painful Day! Are they waiting for the Hour to take them by surprise when they least expect ˹it˺? Close friends will be enemies to one another on that Day, except the righteous,
who will be told,˺ “O My servants! There is no fear for you Today, nor will you grieve-
those˺ who believed in Our signs and ˹fully˺ submitted ˹to Us˺.[Quran Az-Zukhruf(43)59-69] Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah." But if they turn away, then say, "Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him]."O People of the Book! Why do you argue about Abraham, while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until long after him? Do you not understand? Here you are - those who have argued about that of which you have [some] knowledge, but why do you argue about that of which you have no knowledge? And Allah knows, while you know not. Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah]. And he was not of the polytheists. Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in submission to Allah] and this prophet [i.e., Muhammad] and those who believe [in his message]. And Allah is the Ally of the believers.(Quran Ali 'Imran[3]:64-68) Some of the People of the Book wish to mislead you ˹believers˺. They mislead none but themselves, yet they fail to perceive it. O People of the Book! Why do you reject the signs of Allah while you bear witness ˹to their truth˺? O People of the Book! Why do you mix the truth with falsehood and hide the truth knowingly? A group among the People of the Book said ˹to one another˺, “Believe in what has been revealed to the believers in the morning and reject it in the evening, so they may abandon their faith. But do not believe (for real) except in those who follow your faith.” Say[Muhammad],“(Real) guidance is the guidance of Allah.” (But all that you do is due to your envy) that someone is given what is similar to that which you have been given, or that they argue against you before your Lord.” Say, “The bounty is in the hands of Allah. He gives it to whom He wills. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing. He chooses whoever He wills to receive His mercy. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty. Among the people of the Book there is one who, if you entrust him with a heap (of gold or silver), will give it back to you; and among them there is one who, if you entrust him with a coin of gold, he will not give it back to you, unless you keep standing over him. This is because they have said, “There is no way we can be blamed in the matter of the unlettered.”And they tell lies about Allah knowingly. Why (will they) not (be blamed)? Whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allah, then, Allah loves the God-fearing. Surely, those who take a small price by (breaking) the covenant of Allah and their oaths, for them there is no share in the Hereafter, and Allah will neither speak to them, nor will He look towards them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He purify them. For them there is a painful punishment(Al-Quran 3:69-77) And We have already sent Noah and Abraham and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture; and among them is he who is guided, but many of them are defiantly disobedient. Then We made Our messengers follow them one after the other, then We sent after them ‘Īesā, the son of Maryam(Jesus, son of Mary),and gave him the Injīl, and placed compassion and mercy in the hearts of his followers. As for monasticism, it was invented by them; We did not ordain it for them, but (they adopted it) to seek Allah’s pleasure, then could not observe it as was due. So We gave the believers from among them their reward. And many of them are sinners.(Al-Quran 57:26-27)
O Mary conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.

When God's word say there is only one mediator I cannot understand why people believe something else told by priests.
Mary does not conceive as natural way but she is a sinner.
@@fernando2964 The Blessed Mother never sinned. God conceived her without sin to be the human vessel to carry His Son and bring him into the world. The Son grew in the womb of a perfect and immaculate woman. And during her life on earth she never sinned and remains obedient to God then and now in perfect humility.

This is a lovely production. I have two questions; 1) You state in the "about" section of this channel as being pre Vatican II however approximately 23 minutes into the video you cite the Catechsim of the Catholic Church (CCC) 529 ... published post VII in the 80's via St JPII The Great's Papacy ... how are you reconciling these things ? You state in the "more info" section that these writing, which appear to have come from the Apocrypha, are not "endorsed" by the Roman Catholic Church ... but from my research MOST of the 12 books in the Apocrypha are recognized as valid but are not part of the canon ...and so I'm wondering which book you are using here that is not part of the canon and not recognized as valid by the Eastern rite and Roman rite Churches ? And God does not like the wrongdoers.” (Al-Quran Ali-Imran(3):52-57) The People of the Scripture ask you [O Muhammad] to bring down to them a book from the heaven. But they had asked of Moses [even] greater than that and said, "Show us Allah outright," so the thunderbolt struck them for their wrongdoing. Then they took the calf [for worship] after clear evidences had come to them, and We pardoned that. And We gave Moses a clear authority. We raised the Mount over them ˹as a warning˺ for ˹breaking˺ their covenant and said, “Enter the gate ˹of Jerusalem˺ with humility.” We also warned them, “Do not break the Sabbath,” and took from them a firm covenant. They were condemned˺ for breaking their covenant, rejecting Allah(God)’s signs, killing the prophets unjustly, and for saying, “Our hearts are unreceptive!”-it is God Who has sealed their hearts for their disbelief, so they do not believe except for a few-and for their denial and outrageous accusation against Mary, and for boasting, “We killed the Messiah Iesa(jesus), son of Mary, the messenger of God.” But they neither killed nor crucified him-it was only made to appear so. Even those who argue for this ˹crucifixion˺ are in doubt. They have no knowledge whatsoever-only making assumptions. They certainly did not kill him. Rather, God raised him up to Himself. And God is Almighty, All-Wise. Every one of the People of the Book will definitely believe in him before his death. And on the Day of Judgment Iesa(jesus) will be a witness against them.(Al-Quran An-Nisa'[4]153-159) [on Judgment Day] when Allah will say, "O Ieesa(Jesus) Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Holy Spirit [i.e., the angel Gabriel] and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind [from birth] and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic." (Quran Al-Ma'idah [5]:110) He Iesa(Jesus) was only a servant We showed favour to, and made as an example for the Children of Israel.
Had We willed, We could have easily replaced you ˹all˺ with angels, succeeding one another on earth. And his ˹second˺ coming is truly a sign for the Hour. So have no doubt about it, and follow me. This is the Straight Path.
And do not let Satan hinder you, ˹for˺ he is certainly your sworn enemy. When Iesa(Jesus) came with clear proofs, he declared, “I have come to you with wisdom, and to clarify to you some of what you differ about. So fear Allah(God), and obey me. Surely Allah(God) alone˺ is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him˹alone˺. This is the Straight Path.”
Yet their ˹various˺ groups have differed among themselves ˹about him˺, so woe to the wrongdoers when they face the torment of a painful Day! Are they waiting for the Hour to take them by surprise when they least expect ˹it˺? Close friends will be enemies to one another on that Day, except the righteous,
who will be told,˺ “O My servants! There is no fear for you Today, nor will you grieve-
those˺ who believed in Our signs and ˹fully˺ submitted ˹to Us˺.[Quran Az-Zukhruf(43)59-69] Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah." But if they turn away, then say, "Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him]."O People of the Book! Why do you argue about Abraham, while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until long after him? Do you not understand? Here you are - those who have argued about that of which you have [some] knowledge, but why do you argue about that of which you have no knowledge? And Allah knows, while you know not. Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah]. And he was not of the polytheists. Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in submission to Allah] and this prophet [i.e., Muhammad] and those who believe [in his message]. And Allah is the Ally of the believers.(Quran Ali 'Imran[3]:64-68) Some of the People of the Book wish to mislead you ˹believers˺. They mislead none but themselves, yet they fail to perceive it. O People of the Book! Why do you reject the signs of Allah while you bear witness ˹to their truth˺? O People of the Book! Why do you mix the truth with falsehood and hide the truth knowingly? A group among the People of the Book said ˹to one another˺, “Believe in what has been revealed to the believers in the morning and reject it in the evening, so they may abandon their faith. But do not believe (for real) except in those who follow your faith.” Say[Muhammad],“(Real) guidance is the guidance of Allah.” (But all that you do is due to your envy) that someone is given what is similar to that which you have been given, or that they argue against you before your Lord.” Say, “The bounty is in the hands of Allah. He gives it to whom He wills. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing. He chooses whoever He wills to receive His mercy. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty. Among the people of the Book there is one who, if you entrust him with a heap (of gold or silver), will give it back to you; and among them there is one who, if you entrust him with a coin of gold, he will not give it back to you, unless you keep standing over him. This is because they have said, “There is no way we can be blamed in the matter of the unlettered.”And they tell lies about Allah knowingly. Why (will they) not (be blamed)? Whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allah, then, Allah loves the God-fearing. Surely, those who take a small price by (breaking) the covenant of Allah and their oaths, for them there is no share in the Hereafter, and Allah will neither speak to them, nor will He look towards them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He purify them. For them there is a painful punishment(Al-Quran 3:69-77) And We have already sent Noah and Abraham and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture; and among them is he who is guided, but many of them are defiantly disobedient. Then We made Our messengers follow them one after the other, then We sent after them ‘Īesā, the son of Maryam(Jesus, son of Mary),and gave him the Injīl, and placed compassion and mercy in the hearts of his followers. As for monasticism, it was invented by them; We did not ordain it for them, but (they adopted it) to seek Allah’s pleasure, then could not observe it as was due. So We gave the believers from among them their reward. And many of them are sinners.(Al-Quran 57:26-27)

So, believe in Allah and His Messengers. Do not say “Three”. Stop it. That is good for you. Allah is the only One God. He is far too pure to have a son. To Him belongs what is in the heavens and what is in the earth. And Allah is enough to trust in. Never would the Messiah disdain to be a servant of Allah, nor would the angels near [to Him]. And whoever disdains His worship and is arrogant - He will gather them to Himself all together. And as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards and grant them extra from His bounty. But as for those who disdained and were arrogant, He will punish them with a painful punishment, and they will not find for themselves besides Allah any protector or helper. O mankind, there has come to you a conclusive proof from your Lord, and We have sent down to you a clear light. As for those who believe in Allah and hold fast to Him, He will admit them into His mercy and grace and guide them to Himself through the Straight Path.(Al-Quran 4:170-175) They have certainly disbelieved who say that Allah is Christ(the messiah), the son of Mary. Say, "Then who could prevent Allah at all if He had intended to destroy Christ, the son of Mary, or his mother or everyone on the earth?" And to Allah belongs the dominion of the heavens and the earth and whatever is between them. He creates what He wills, and Allah is over all things competent. The Jews and the Christians each say, “We are the children of Allah and His most beloved!” Say,[O Muhammad] “Why then does He punish you for your sins? No! You are only humans like others of His Own making. He forgives whoever He wills and punishes whoever He wills. To Allah ˹alone˺ belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and everything in between. As for those who disbelieve, I will subject them to a severe punishment in this life and the Hereafter, and they will have no helpers. And as for those who believe and do good, they will be rewarded in full. And God does not like the wrongdoers.” (Al-Quran Ali-Imran(3):52-57) The People of the Scripture ask you [O Muhammad] to bring down to them a book from the heaven. But they had asked of Moses [even] greater than that and said, "Show us Allah outright," so the thunderbolt struck them for their wrongdoing. Then they took the calf [for worship] after clear evidences had come to them, and We pardoned that. And We gave Moses a clear authority. We raised the Mount over them ˹as a warning˺ for ˹breaking˺ their covenant and said, “Enter the gate ˹of Jerusalem˺ with humility.” We also warned them, “Do not break the Sabbath,” and took from them a firm covenant. They were condemned˺ for breaking their covenant, rejecting Allah(God)’s signs, killing the prophets unjustly, and for saying, “Our hearts are unreceptive!”-it is God Who has sealed their hearts for their disbelief, so they do not believe except for a few-and for their denial and outrageous accusation against Mary, and for boasting, “We killed the Messiah Iesa(jesus), son of Mary, the messenger of God.” But they neither killed nor crucified him-it was only made to appear so. Even those who argue for this ˹crucifixion˺ are in doubt. They have no knowledge whatsoever-only making assumptions. They certainly did not kill him. Rather, God raised him up to Himself. And God is Almighty, All-Wise. Every one of the People of the Book will definitely believe in him before his death. And on the Day of Judgment Iesa(jesus) will be a witness against them.(Al-Quran An-Nisa'[4]153-159) [on Judgment Day] when Allah will say, "O Ieesa(Jesus) Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Holy Spirit [i.e., the angel Gabriel] and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind [from birth] and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic." (Quran Al-Ma'idah [5]:110) He Iesa(Jesus) was only a servant We showed favour to, and made as an example for the Children of Israel.
Had We willed, We could have easily replaced you ˹all˺ with angels, succeeding one another on earth. And his ˹second˺ coming is truly a sign for the Hour. So have no doubt about it, and follow me. This is the Straight Path.
And do not let Satan hinder you, ˹for˺ he is certainly your sworn enemy. When Iesa(Jesus) came with clear proofs, he declared, “I have come to you with wisdom, and to clarify to you some of what you differ about. So fear Allah(God), and obey me. Surely Allah(God) alone˺ is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him˹alone˺. This is the Straight Path.”
Yet their ˹various˺ groups have differed among themselves ˹about him˺, so woe to the wrongdoers when they face the torment of a painful Day! Are they waiting for the Hour to take them by surprise when they least expect ˹it˺? Close friends will be enemies to one another on that Day, except the righteous,
who will be told,˺ “O My servants! There is no fear for you Today, nor will you grieve-
those˺ who believed in Our signs and ˹fully˺ submitted ˹to Us˺.[Quran Az-Zukhruf(43)59-69] Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah." But if they turn away, then say, "Bear witness that we are Muslims [submitting to Him]."O People of the Book! Why do you argue about Abraham, while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until long after him? Do you not understand? Here you are - those who have argued about that of which you have [some] knowledge, but why do you argue about that of which you have no knowledge? And Allah knows, while you know not. Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah]. And he was not of the polytheists. Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in submission to Allah] and this prophet [i.e., Muhammad] and those who believe [in his message]. And Allah is the Ally of the believers.(Quran Ali 'Imran[3]:64-68) Some of the People of the Book wish to mislead you ˹believers˺. They mislead none but themselves, yet they fail to perceive it. O People of the Book! Why do you reject the signs of Allah while you bear witness ˹to their truth˺? O People of the Book! Why do you mix the truth with falsehood and hide the truth knowingly? A group among the People of the Book said ˹to one another˺, “Believe in what has been revealed to the believers in the morning and reject it in the evening, so they may abandon their faith. But do not believe (for real) except in those who follow your faith.” Say[Muhammad],“(Real) guidance is the guidance of Allah.” (But all that you do is due to your envy) that someone is given what is similar to that which you have been given, or that they argue against you before your Lord.” Say, “The bounty is in the hands of Allah. He gives it to whom He wills. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing. He chooses whoever He wills to receive His mercy. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty. Among the people of the Book there is one who, if you entrust him with a heap (of gold or silver), will give it back to you; and among them there is one who, if you entrust him with a coin of gold, he will not give it back to you, unless you keep standing over him. This is because they have said, “There is no way we can be blamed in the matter of the unlettered.”And they tell lies about Allah knowingly. Why (will they) not (be blamed)? Whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allah, then, Allah loves the God-fearing. Surely, those who take a small price by (breaking) the covenant of Allah and their oaths, for them there is no share in the Hereafter, and Allah will neither speak to them, nor will He look towards them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He purify them. For them there is a painful punishment(Al-Quran 3:69-77) And We have already sent Noah and Abraham and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture; and among them is he who is guided, but many of them are defiantly disobedient. Then We made Our messengers follow them one after the other, then We sent after them ‘Īesā, the son of Maryam(Jesus, son of Mary),and gave him the Injīl, and placed compassion and mercy in the hearts of his followers. As for monasticism, it was invented by them; We did not ordain it for them, but (they adopted it) to seek Allah’s pleasure, then could not observe it as was due. What a terrible claim that comes out of their mouths! They say nothing but lies.(Al-Quran 18:1-5) And with the truth We have sent it down, and with the truth it has descended. And We have not sent you, [O Muhammad], except as a bringer of good tidings and a warner. ˹It is˺ a Quran We have revealed in stages so that you may recite it to people at a deliberate pace. And We have sent it down in successive revelations. Say, "Believe in it or do not believe." Indeed, those who were given knowledge before it - when it is recited to them, they fall upon their faces in prostration, And they say, "Exalted is our Lord! Indeed, the promise of our Lord has been fulfilled."And they fall upon their faces weeping, and it [i.e.,the Quran] increases them in humble submission. The Aramaic translation renders it as ܐܶܬ݂ܪܰܗܒ݁ܰܬ݂, or et-rāhḇāt, meaning "agitate, frightened, terrified".
My point is that both the Greek as well as the Aramaic use a very strong verb there. When she sees Gabriel appear before her in the form of a man, she experiences dread: she's utterly terrified. Not simply because there's a stranger standing there, but because this is a being of light cast in the form of a human, and all of a sudden the angelic realm opens up for her, and she becomes aware of that reality, which is always a frightening experience whenever people see angels in Biblical stories. Why would she become so afraid that she's shivering and shaking, to the point of panic, simply because this person greets her? And the greeting itself causes her serious confusion. She doesn't quite know what to make of it. Clearly, this isn't a normal experience. I think that Christians don't seem to understand how severe the experience is. It's so hard on her that the angel immediately has to calm her down and reassure her, telling her not to be frightened.

The Greek always uses a form of δούλος, or "doúlos", which means "slave", and not "handmaid" or "servant". It refers to a strong bond, and can also be rendered as "bondsman", in context. In pre-Christian Greek literature, the doulos is the slave, and that's religious terminology here. The word for "servant" would've been "ypirétis", instead, or "ypirétria" for "handmaid". The reason why translators don't use "slave" is because of the negative connotations, but that's the best translation. This shows up again and again, by the way, so I don't know why Christians dislike that terminology.

Meaning: "(Then) indeed; who[ever] toils (in conformity with) [the] will of Alaha, such is [like] my brother, and my sister, and my mother."
So here, in Mark, Jesus says that whoever enslaves themself to do God's will, i.e. whatever it is that pleases Him, then such is like a brother to him, and a sister, and then it adds his mother as well, which means that Maryam is considered a slave of God, by Jesus. Meaning that she kept the commandments. I.e. the Sacred Law, or what is called the "nāmōsā", in James 4:11 for example. So that's important Biblical nomenclature that I think gets lost in translation. God as "the Lord", and the rightous believers as "slaves". Most Christians I talk to dislike that dynamic, and they often reject it, because it sounds Islamic, doesn't it? They'll tell me they're not slaves of God, but His children, instead, which sounds nice and familiar, but the fact of the matter is that the Bible uses that terminology a lot to describe the relationship between The Creator and the believers. Also, note that her proper name in the Greek is "Maryam", and not "Mary" or "Maria", just like how we Muslims call her(as). Anyway, thanks for reading! God bless.

This is just you ignoring what I said about that. The NT is full of this terminology. I can quote many examples to counter your claim. Being enslaved to God really just means that you humble yourself before God and follow His commandments. It's directly connected to the revealed Sacred Law. To dismiss this is akin to negating said Law, but that's the Christian position, isn't it? You're God's "children", and you can do whatever you like. Must be nice to believe in such a thing, but it's incredibly problematic.

This idea that "Jesus fulfilled the Law" and that YOU are no longer required to adhere to it, is false. The expression means that Jesus followed it to the letter: he fulfilled it: he kept all commandments and didn't leave any. It doesn't mean that he ended the Law for you. Common misinterpretation.

And God is Almighty, All-Wise. Every one of the People of the Book will definitely believe in him before his death. And on the Day of Judgment Iesa(jesus) will be a witness against them.(Al-Quran An-Nisa'[4]153-159) [on Judgment Day] when Allah will say, "O Ieesa(Jesus) Son of Mary, remember My favor upon you and upon your mother when I supported you with the Holy Spirit [i.e., the angel Gabriel] and you spoke to the people in the cradle and in maturity; and [remember] when I taught you writing and wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when you designed from clay [what was] like the form of a bird with My permission, then you breathed into it, and it became a bird with My permission; and you healed the blind [from birth] and the leper with My permission; and when you brought forth the dead with My permission; and when I restrained the Children of Israel from [killing] you when you came to them with clear proofs and those who disbelieved among them said, "This is not but obvious magic." (Quran Al-Ma'idah [5]:110) He Iesa(Jesus) was only a servant We showed favour to, and made as an example for the Children of Israel.
Had We willed, We could have easily replaced you ˹all˺ with angels, succeeding one another on earth. And his ˹second˺ coming is truly a sign for the Hour. So have no doubt about it, and follow me. This is the Straight Path.
And do not let Satan hinder you, ˹for˺ he is certainly your sworn enemy. When Iesa(Jesus) came with clear proofs, he declared, “I have come to you with wisdom, and to clarify to you some of what you differ about. So fear Allah(God), and obey me. Surely Allah(God) alone˺ is my Lord and your Lord, so worship Him˹alone˺. This is the Straight Path.”
Yet their ˹various˺ groups have differed among themselves ˹about him˺, so woe to the wrongdoers when they face the torment of a painful Day! Are they waiting for the Hour to take them by surprise when they least expect ˹it˺? Close friends will be enemies to one another on that Day, except the righteous,
who will be told,˺ “O My servants! There is no fear for you Today, nor will you grieve-
those˺ who believed in Our signs and ˹fully˺ submitted ˹to Us˺.[Quran Az-Zukhruf(43)59-69] Say, "O People of the Scripture, come to a word that is equitable between us and you - that we will not worship except Allah and not associate anything with Him and not take one another as lords instead of Allah." Why do you argue about Abraham, while the Torah and the Gospel were not revealed until long after him? Do you not understand? Abraham was neither a Jew nor a Christian, but he was one inclining toward truth, a Muslim [submitting to Allah]. And he was not of the polytheists. Indeed, the most worthy of Abraham among the people are those who followed him [in submission to Allah] and this prophet [i.e., Muhammad] and those who believe [in his message]. And Allah is the Ally of the believers.(Quran Ali 'Imran[3]:64-68) Some of the People of the Book wish to mislead you ˹believers˺. They mislead none but themselves, yet they fail to perceive it. O People of the Book! Why do you reject the signs of Allah while you bear witness ˹to their truth˺? O People of the Book! Why do you mix the truth with falsehood and hide the truth knowingly? A group among the People of the Book said ˹to one another˺, “Believe in what has been revealed to the believers in the morning and reject it in the evening, so they may abandon their faith. But do not believe (for real) except in those who follow your faith.” Say[Muhammad],“(Real) guidance is the guidance of Allah.” (But all that you do is due to your envy) that someone is given what is similar to that which you have been given, or that they argue against you before your Lord.” Say, “The bounty is in the hands of Allah. He gives it to whom He wills. Allah is All-Embracing, All-Knowing. He chooses whoever He wills to receive His mercy. And Allah is the Lord of infinite bounty. Among the people of the Book there is one who, if you entrust him with a heap (of gold or silver), will give it back to you; and among them there is one who, if you entrust him with a coin of gold, he will not give it back to you, unless you keep standing over him. This is because they have said, “There is no way we can be blamed in the matter of the unlettered.”And they tell lies about Allah knowingly. Why (will they) not (be blamed)? Whoever fulfils his pledge and fears Allah, then, Allah loves the God-fearing. Surely, those who take a small price by (breaking) the covenant of Allah and their oaths, for them there is no share in the Hereafter, and Allah will neither speak to them, nor will He look towards them on the Day of Judgment, nor will He purify them. For them there is a painful punishment(Al-Quran 3:69-77) And We have already sent Noah and Abraham and placed in their descendants prophethood and scripture; and among them is he who is guided, but many of them are defiantly disobedient. Then We made Our messengers follow them one after the other, then We sent after them ‘Īesā, the son of Maryam(Jesus, son of Mary),and gave him the Injīl, and placed compassion and mercy in the hearts of his followers. Say, "The angel of death who has been entrusted with you will take you. Then to your Lord you will be returned."(Al-Quran 32:4-11) It is Allah (God) that there is no god but Him. He is the All-Knower of the Unseen and the seen. He is the Most-Beneficent, the Most Merciful. It is Allah that besides Whom there is no deity; He is the King, the Holy One, the Giver of Peace, the Granter of Security), the Guardian over all, the Mighty One, the Compeller, the Possessor of every Greatness. Glory be to Allah from what they associate as partners with Him.
