Thank you for posting. A lot of people will be interested in watching this race. Unfortunately the camera wondered so much we could only watch 1/2 of it 😂
Parker's new coaches have helped her to run more and be injury free. Valby is running very strong. She puts on a lot of pressure on the others to keep up. Valby is well-conditioned to run in hot and humid weather or the cold and rain. This gives Valby a huge advantage and she will win the NCAA cross country title this Saturday, 11-18-23.
Wow, some seriously bad camera work - bouncing around but then simply not tracking the race. After the top three it appeared the camera person forgot that more people would be coming through and gave us lots of pictures of race officials.
Seriously, the NCAA should hire an actual professional sports videographer instead of a nature photography. If I'm not mistaken, I think the announcer was also driving and operating the camera,
i don't know how many days prior they were there for the race but i'm sure they ran the course several times prior, so with or without a loop they already knew where what to look for. i don't remember ever running cross country courses that were loops.
Congrats to Parker. It will be interesting to see what happens the next time Parker and Katelyn compete in a race. I am wondering if they are each training differently for different objectives. Is Katelyn training for the future and not so concerned about winning races this year, meaning not pushing real hard to beat Parker? Was Katelyn satisfied finishing 2nd behind Parker at Nuttycombe? I think Parker may be a physically stronger runner, and Katelyn a slight edge in tactical racing. Regardless, watching these two run is a joy.
I wasn't deterred by the comments mentioning the camera work. But I definitely was almost deterred from watching this really good race because of the atrocious camera work. Seriously, just pay me if you want something of this quality. Bet I can do better by a mile with how low the bar is.
This must be a remotely operated camera on the back of the golf cart, with a poorly trained operator. There’s no way a human was holding the camera and was that bad.
Hats off to the 4yr old running the camera 😵💫
Exactly : (
Bingo!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL
*6yr old 🤪
You guys need to invest in a stabilizer for the camera and announce who is entertaining.

Wow. This is the camera work we get for a regional championship.
I got motion sickness watching this!
right. how are we expected to squeeze our hogs to this.

I like watching Parker run. Strong.
I can’t believe they have to run behind a quad bike spewing out exhaust fumes 😮
Parker Valby is great, and also a cutie pie.

Worst camera ever… Kudos for Parker!
possible short course; who was shooting the video, Joe the Drunk?
it would be awesome if you'd start hiring professional cameramen... this was embarrassing.
Valby is a pure beast
Is there something wrong with the camera man?? Can’t focus or keep it straight??
parker’s 5k splits are not human

The NCAA has become useless
PARKER❤️
That was very close
Can yall post the other regional race videos?
yeah, that would be nice... the only other i saw was the region with Katelyn Tuohy
This course is about 2-300m short... don't get too excited😂
Where are all the other races?
was she sub 15 min at the 5km mark? that is a smoking fast race...
15:50ish
There's always someone taking it personal that the runner aren't quickly getting out of the area after they finish...
Parker Valby amazing.. when is the final nation cross country?
tomorrow, saturday nov 18 in Virginia.... women's race is at 10:20 am on ESPNU
At the finish it seemed as if the camera person didn't t know where the course was ?! Truly amateur
Repeat loops never seems like a pure cross country course, gotta expect the unexpected!😏 Sure looks like Parker is running the tangents😗

Watch out for Alabama's Doris Lemngole, the 2nd place finisher. She's just a freshman (okay, she's also 21) on scholarship from Kenya.
Many international students who compete in the NCAA are 21 or older when they are freshmen. Almost feels like an advantage 😂
@@tannerschiller3572 international is dumb in general. It's American running not the Olympics. Give the scholarships to athletes in the US.

This is the first year (in college) that Valby is healthy enough to be able to train properly.
please just not with this cameraman
Absolute worst day for "bring your kid to school day"...and allow him to record the entire race...
The Cameraman was terrible!
Did Valby race in flats??
Also wondering
VF3
All the ncaa did was repost runninglane's video
You'd thunk video would of stayed rolling till we had the top teams
This has to be the fastest NCAA 6k race ever, right?
your guess is as good as anybody else's, they didn't show the clock as they finished
@@eriklehman3175 it was 17:59. That's absolutely nuts.
@@runrunrunrunrunrunrunrunrun1 she was definitely moving and those two Alabama runners didn't finish to far off
The course was 400 meters short
@@simondevoss2090 that would certainly explain a lot
Nobody in college is beating Parker Valby this year at Champion race!
lol
Except for Tuohy 😂
i don't see it being anybody except Parker or Katelyn winning. The 2 from Alabama weren't too far behind but i don't see them winning
guess not @@cber5077

Omg. Camera AI is still in infancy 🤖
Multi-billion dollar NCAA hired camereman from Craigslist classified ad! 🤦♂(11/12/23)
@ 4:30 - 4:55 😂👍
Awful recording...just awful 😖
Oh my god my parker valby god bless her.... she knows all the wires like some cute littel operator chick i meant to say

Where is TUOHY?
she ran in another regional race
Did the driver think he needed to be a 1/2 mile away from the runners?
The Alabama girls were great.
Stevie Wonder is one hell of a camera man
176=ok
The cameraman is no good!!!!
Terrible camera shots
Parkinson’s?
No interview with the winner. What a joke.
Unwatchable.
Yup what is the deal with these coaches not teaching to run the tangents?
Parker is dead inside
