I realized how messy my life is after my first heartbreak. It opened me to a lot of issues I was not aware of. In 2024, I decided that I will start therapy. Not just so I can fully move on from the heartbreak but also to address a lot of issues in my life. This year has been cruel, painful, yet enlightening. Next year will be my glow up year. Time to address my issues for myself.
Starting therapy was a huge good decision I should have made sooner. If you haven't made those phone calls; do it right after the New Years when business hours are back! It took a close friend saying "if you don't make time for yourself NOW, when will you?" For me to finally call around for a therapist. Keep taking care of yourself. Keep learning more about how to do that. Good luck friend

My resolution this year is to start embracing my true self again and stop letting the people around me influence me, whether that be how I dress, how I speak or feel. I have a little list in my notes that I plan on writing in my journal. New year’s resolution: finish at least one art piece a month, whether that be digital or traditional drawing/painting; go outside of my comfort zone (when it’s not necessary) or go on an adventure at least once a month; cook/bake a new dish/recipe at least once every month; practice my instrument for 30 straight at least 3 times a week… I also want to keep track of what I chose to draw, what I chose to bake, what adventure I went on, track progress etc. :)
My new years resolution are to learn to be okay with being by myself. To find joy in my own company and not seek company of those who provide me temporary happiness.

People that work out 7 times per week are NOT people who don't understand that the body needs to repair itself, how can you say that. Most people who work out that much have built an unbelievable commitment and discipline over years, to achieve physics that most can only dream of. When you work out 6-7 times per week you plan the workouts to be around different muscle groups so the recovery from your workout is no different from a 3 times per week plan. For your information, Arnold worked out 14 times per week in his prime. Of course there are people who try to bust their whole body 7 times per week, which will destroy you. But the people who continue to do that are either not very smart or only do it for a short period of time. Love your content, Simon.
The context here is so more in depth than how I shared the point. I say to do strength training at least 3 times a week and then track your movement (meaning cardio) for the other days. Which implies working out more than 3 times. This video is advice for people to make a change in their lives and suggesting someone to do something for 7 days right away will only result in failure and injury. 7 days a week of strength training will result in injury especially if you aren't taking "supplements" like Arnold to "enhance" your recovery and growth. I appreciate your comment and I am someone who moves their body more than 7 times a week so I hope you understand the perspective that I am coming from with this.

My resolution for this year is to just become better as much as i can. In 2022 i was a mess and didn't cared about anything. In 2023 i started Caring about things and about the work i do and started to kinda love but in 2024 i want to enjoy doing it. I want to break my phone addictions and it will take some time I know but i will try my best. If my 2022 self saw me right now at the end of 2023 it would be shocked because I'm actually much better both physically mentally and my goal for 2024 is the same. To prove to myself that i can be better and do things i never thought i could.
My resolution would be to continue learning to love myself more and embrace who I really am, without the fear that people will judge me. It’s a long process but I’m slowly getting there, and I think it’ll help me with the many decisions and bumps on the road that will inevitably be thrown my way this year:)

My New Year’s resolution is that I will try to go to the gym more often. I already do sports 3 times a week. But since I will be enlisting in the Swedish military directly after I graduate in June, I want to prepare myself as best as I can. I also want to live in the moment and show appreciation this year. Since I will be saying goodbye to a lot of things because of the military and my graduation, I want to make sure to cease the moment and make sure that my loved ones know how important they are in my life. I also want to welcome new things and be okay with feeling nervous or scared about totally new things. I probably have more, but these aspects I feel are the most important! Thank amazing video will watch it multiple times and take notes. This new year is about me and my health, and recovery from major surgery. That has had me in the hospital since October. Lost 17 feet of my small intestine, due to a blood clot from an appendix operation ,three days before. I have been in the hospital ever since, blood thinners nothing seems to budge this blood clot. Taking beer root, Cayenne extract to help with blood flow, pomegranates to help with everything else. Lots of fluids and as much exercise. I can get in a day in a hospital. Blessed I have lots of support, but the struggle each day. This video lifts my spirits and excites me for a good new year. Thank you Joey.

I decided to quit dating, to quit social dancing (while still taking dance lessons). Dating is am emotional rollercoaster and social dance is full of narcs; both of them are very triggering to so I think this is a present to my mental health and emotional wellbeing.

My new year 2024 resolution is to get a part time job, save my money to buy and hold stocks and use a small percentage of that money to buy Forex trading combine accounts so I can trade the Forex market to earn money to pay for my bills, taxes and to live a good life.
I didn't really think about my resolutions yet. But now is as good a time as any I guess. I agree fully with starting therapy in 2024 and drinking more water. I want start writing again, I used to a lot but stoped because it wasn't any good or it felt embarassing, but that is nonsense. I want to write for me, because it feels good to do so. I want to start freeing up space in my life, so I'll have more energy. I want to start doing activities on my own, any I enjoy because now I'm missing out thing I love because I don't want to go at it alone. And lastly, not really a resolution, but I will find a wonderful internship as the final thing for my masters degree. And although it'll be 2025 when I finish that degree. I will ace this year too. Since I will be saying goodbye to a lot of things because of the military and my graduation, I want to make sure to cease the moment and make sure that my loved ones know how important they are in my life. I also want to welcome new things and be okay with feeling nervous or scared about totally new things. I probably have more, but these aspects I feel are the most important! Thank amazing video will watch it multiple times and take notes. This new year is about me and my health, and recovery from major surgery. That has had me in the hospital since October. Lost 17 feet of my small intestine, due to a blood clot from an appendix operation ,three days before. I have been in the hospital ever since, blood thinners nothing seems to budge this blood clot. Taking beer root, Cayenne extract to help with blood flow, pomegranates to help with everything else. Lots of fluids and as much exercise. I can get in a day in a hospital. Blessed I have lots of support, but the struggle each day. This video lifts my spirits and excites me for a good new year. Thank you Joey.

I decided to quit dating, to quit social dancing (while still taking dance lessons). Dating is am emotional rollercoaster and social dance is full of narcs; both of them are very triggering to so I think this is a present to my mental health and emotional wellbeing.

The last couple of years I've been saying when the resolution convo comes up is "to do things that gets me out of my confort zone, to do things even I feel anxious or feel myself backing myself away from the idea of it push through the uncomfortableness" its been really beneficial for me and my growth as a person I've overcome alot and its always just stuck with me! My new year 2024 resolution is to get a part time job, save my money to buy and hold stocks and use a small percentage of that money to buy Forex trading combine accounts so I can trade the Forex market to earn money to pay for my bills, taxes and to live a good life.
I didn't really think about my resolutions yet. But now is as good a time as any I guess.
I agree fully with starting therapy in 2024 and drinking more water. I want start writing again, I used to a lot but stoped because it wasn't any good or it felt embarassing, but that is nonsense. I want to write for me, because it feels good to do so. I want to start freeing up space in my life, so I'll have more energy. I want to start doing activities on my own, any I enjoy because now I'm missing out thing I love because I don't want to go at it alone. And lastly, not really a resolution, but I will find a wonderful internship as the final thing for my masters degree. And although it'll be 2025 when I finish that degree. I will ace this year too. Thank you again for making me think and pausing to take care of (future) me!
