    I appreciate this video but I think still I am confused how to start a conversation because most of the people didn't reply me when I sent message to them

    What should you do after the initial conversation? Should you keep messaging then back and forth day to day? How should you end a conversation ?

    Excellent video, nice and useful tips. It has been a pleasure watching it. It's would be also very good to share a video telling people that it would be really nice and friendly, even useful if they would REPLY to a message. People tend to stop trowing a ball when there's no one to catch it and throw back.

      Understandable Zoran. Some people aren't as active as others on LinkedIn or they might not have confidence when it comes to networking. I wouldn't take it personally, though I know it's easier said than done. Just keep trying to reach out and network. Don't get discouraged!

    Is there any way to individually connect with all 'followers' in one broadcast on LinkedIn, similar to a bulk email?

    Thank you for your tips! if you have a contact for a very long time and never have spoken to him and you want to ask a recommendation to enter to his work industry, like if he recommends to take some courses or to apply to certain certifications, would that also be considered a favor?
    Thanks again for your help and tips!

    Do not waste time if searching job is priority. Do not rely only on one source, find companies and go out daily to visit selected companies to submit CV etc as only applying online may not be sufficient. Well mam this video is good but due to lack of time some may really need job asap.

    1. most are premium inmail ones. how to get past that? 2. My experience lacks connection with what I have been doing in the past. How to make a smooth transition between the 2?

    It's nice but my question is that how can you build relationships on LinkedIn via talking at a fist place?
    Thank you tho!

    Building a relationship is one thing but asking questions like this in #2 read like I'm career searching just out of school. I'm networking to secure a job...a better job than the one i have...and honestly I want to attack it with some urgency. I want to make the connection but dont want to beat around the bush either.

      @elita185 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Precisely what I was thinking. I like the idea of the video a lot, and points 1, 3 and 4 are very helpful, but it feels sort of unnatural to just go and aks someone who just accepted your connection about their goals in their career. Kind of like a "too soon" and "too forced" question to be asking.
      But then, how do you build that relationship? I'd love to hear your insight on this.
