Yes, the screen wobbles after opening it, but after that, unless you’re using the laptop in a car or an ox cart, it won’t wobble when you’re using it. The screen panel is okay for general productivity tasks, watching TH-cam, or gaming - given how many reviewers have complained about the screen, I was actually surprised seeing the laptop in person and thinking “hey, that screen’s pretty good.” With an upgrade to 64gb of RAM and a 1tb Samsung EVO NVME drive, I’ve had no problems with any of the games I’ve thrown at it. It feels a bit odd the victus not having the ability to add the RGB lighting on the keyboard yet the omen does
the screen tho..... I saw it in Costco in Taiwan, speechless
Can i ask how are you testing battery life? Because i just tested my omen 15 with 5800h, rtx 3060 from 100% to 50% and got 224 minutes..
So i should get at least 7 hours on a pc with higher specs then yours.. How is that possible?
For reference I'm testing with 60hz display setting, power saver plan, while running a 720p video on TH-cam, full screen mode, with audio on.
Sooo it's mixed in like 2 in 1 laptop?like both gaming and working graphic stuff
I have the Ryzen 7 and 3060 model and I got anywhere from to 5 and a half hours to 6 and a half hours of battery life
Which is better, lenovo ideapad gaming 3 or hp victus?
Gotta love that the price here in Canada is the same for both...... Tough decision 🤔
I have this laptop I originally bought it for school. But my son loves gaming. We were trying to color the keyboard how would I do this
Omen vs victus both ryzen 7 5800H and RTX 3060
Omen 1399€
Victus 1379€
I'm thinking about buying the omen what do you think?
Does it have a touch screen?
I just bought Hp Victus ryzen 5 the first charge only reached/stuck 99% it is a feature? Normal? or the item is defective? Please help
How do these gaming laptops hold up with music production and video editing? Thanks
Can we prefer this victus for AI and machine learning related studies?? Any one answer
Wallpaper of the thumbnail?
Why does the victus look bigger than the omen? Is that due to the camera angle?
It's because it's actually bigger. Victus is a 16 inch laptop and the omen is 15
@@MatthewMoniz ooof. Never checked the specs. And i thought initially that victus is just a carbon copy of omen but using a low cost materials and plastics.
Omen looks cute compared to the victus. Lol
I have that model omen. It's garbo. There is an issue with with wifi on this model that causes blue screens when virtualization is turned on. Even tried swapping wifi cards
i wished they enable undervolt support for hp pavilion :(
9:10 No that's not accurate because my HP Omen 15 (2020) has a swappable wifi card. I opened the back lid 4 days ago for the first time.
i already have an omen 15 with a rtx 2060 i5 10300h 8 gb ram which costed me about 1100 dollars converting my currency to dollars and theres on sale a victus 16 with a rtx 3060
i7-11800H 8gb at about 1150 dollars, so should i sell my omen and upgrade to the victus or not?
Time to save up on money, been looking at the hp omen 15 for a very long time this looks affordable with cheaper price but have to risk some specs but I think I will be able to customize it when buying just like the hp omen 15 website.
I have a 2020 Omen. I've gotten a lot better performance then I was expecting.
Trust me on this.
The screen wobble will NOT ruin your day.
