I love it when Barenboim is sort of dancing at 2:30. It makes me enjoy his style of conducting.
I love how barenboim has so characteristic movements and actions :D you can really recognize him by the way he moves. Like at 0:21 when he gets down
I simply love it! I cannot professionally describe what makes this song so beautiful..
It‘s not song! It‘s a symphony!
I love this movement so much. Listening to brass part, you find Tchaikovsky's obsession with Beethoven’s "Fate motif" everywhere.
bravo BPO and Barenboim simply the best
Thank you - Just brilliant
Wow..... fantastic
Superb!!!
unbelievable
l love this piece
I do too - ans especially wwith Barenboim!
magnificient
great!!!!
I've seen this a few times live and always, at the end of this movement, people crack and start clapping. They just cannot contain...only to discover the intense 4th movement is coming.
Rony Rosenberg Great comment! :)
Facu Sacco Thanks!!
Rony Rosenberg haha, indeed.
People clap at the end of the third movement as an historically informed tradition. Legend has it that the audience at the premier performance of this piece at Saint Petersburg also clapped before the final movement, similarly believing it was the end.
There was clapping at the end of this .
Myyyy heaaaaaaart 😩
A melhor Orquestra do Mundo.
Parabéns pela execução.
❤️
who is the first horn?
+Sten Erik Pree Jorge Monte de Fez, principal horn of the Teatro alla Scala
It is more powerful than the Chicago so. And Tchaikovsky. In fact, Berlin po. And compatible with good about compete one Two, it's Maestro Barenboim.
The liquor store is getting closed in a minute - that's why so fast.
Definitively the camera men and the recording director doesn't like's Baremboim, only a little view of conductor in the excerpt, Baremboim is not so boring conducting, unnaceptable.
Получился немецкий марш), а у Чайковского русская распевность
That means the 4th movement is redundant.
Странная интерпретация, очень вялая кульминация, и все очень шелково, не отражает суть)
Is the part more moved of this masterpiece Pathetique of Tschaikowsky .
magnificent
The low brass have been yelled at so much for being late, they're now rushing
Man they expect me to play this at tempo as a freshman? Too much faith in me man
*Update* I nailed it at UIL
1:57 is the best part btw
I absolutely adore classical music; Tchaikovsky is my favorite composer. Absolutely amazing!
I heard it in Berlin with the maestro. A dream which gave life to reality ❤❤❤
Barenboim the BEAST!
Langweilig, halt Barenboim.
I LOVE BARENBOIM!!!
Just adore the man -
(Chicago is my symphony and he was fab with them) - amazing musical energies

Very hight quality but absolutely no juice of life
it's a wonderful orchestra. but they rush so much as if they just wanna get over it...
João Meireles you had to listen to yannick's version is way more fast than this.
